When I try to sign in from Firefox I get the message "Unexpected error". I can sign into my account online but only using Google to sign in. If I try to sign in to Mozilla directly, I get the same message.

I use tab groups actively and would save much of my work in my ever-growing list of tab groups. I saw today that many of them had disappeared. I wasn't signed into Firefox and nor do I have any different profiles made. I see two tab groups that I made yesterday but none from before that. How could this happen? How do I recover so much of the work I had saved up?

I'm 84 and know little about computers - when I try to get into e-mail it says "program running but not responding" How do I correct this? Please help. Since I can't open my e-mails you can't reach me. Phone: [edited phone# from public community support forum]

History drop down-Restore Previous Session MENU OPTION AND Recently Closed Windows MENU OPTION tab choice ARE DARK!!! Not active!!! Why? (If they are there to be seen they should always be active for use)

I use these ALL THE TIME!! Where is that function??? Why is MY history from yesterday NOT there for me?? I need it right now!

My life is busy and stressful enough without Firefox or Apple or Microsoft adding to it!!!

btw am waiting full 5+ min for a simple screenshot to "upload" to Firefox help below so I can hit send on this?? Still see the word "uploading" - are you finished yet Firefox?

Apple computer w/Tahoe OS 26.31

Just updated my Firefox. I had a huge tab group saved, and tons of bookmarks. I've been using firefox for months, I didn't have an account signed in on the browser though. I updated it and it had to restart, and everything was gone when it reopened. I even clicked that it should reopen tabs after restarting, but it just opened to tell me to make a profile. It told me that they just introduced profiles, and it put me on profile 1, which looked brand new. No browsing history whatsoever, no bookmarks, my background that I set is gone, and I cannot find anythign at all. I had over 50 bookmarks, inclyding very imprtant links for a final paper, and I'm genuinely so upset. Multiple of those bookmarks were things for me to go back to read/watch later and I will literally not be able to find them. If anyone has any tips at all, I'd love them. I am so seriously upset right now and I'm just hoping its possible for that to come back.
