3-26-21: I just upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and NONE of my bookmarks are available. I've tried all the tips I've found and nothing works. I tried to Restore Bookmarks and get the error: Unable to process the backup file. This is a terrible version of Firefox. I need my Bookmarks. Where did they go?? How do I get them back? I am not a computer expert. I am a user of your product. I should not have to jump through hoops just to get my browser set up the way I had it before. Right now it is a big mess. I've used Firefox for years when other browsers are available. I will dump Firefox if I have to but I would prefer to solve this problem.

I see that perhaps due to a 03/24/2021 update to 87.0 the option to right click and image and choose "View Image Info" is missing and I use that all the time when working on WWW sites.

I read "We've removed items from the Library menu that weren't used often..." and wonder where they got the idea this item was not used often.

Does that mean it was not used often by people at Firefox so they deemed it unnecessary?

Is there a way to manually make some adjustment to get that back in or roll back the update?

marionette.enabled is set to "False" but the browser still has the obnoxious orange address bar with the robot head providing the message Browser is under remote control. I did nothing to turn on this feature, and I want it off. Help!

Another problem that's started with Firefox for Windows this wee.

Firefox takes a long time to load pages, up to a minute. In the bottom right of the page it says "waiting of fonts.googleapis.com" or something like that.

The other problem of it not displaying graphs still hasn't been resolved.

Neither of these problems exist on Chrome.

I am no longer able to access any Google sites through Firefox.

I get this message:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.google.com is taking too long to respond.

I can access all other sites through Firefox (including other search engines). I have cleared all of the History, caches, cookies etc and that sometimes allows me to access to Google once, but then the problem returns. I have to accept cookies from Google when I do that but sometimes the cookie verification with Google times out. I have tried starting Firefox in safe mode and refreshing Firefox but that has not helped.

I can access Google sites through Chrome.

A virus scan (with Norton and Hitman Pro) reveal no viruses or other malware

All other computers I have can access Google.

I updated to the latest Windows build yesterday, after which the problems started.

How do I restore access?

I have all the correct privacy settings. To save the sites cookies, history, etc. I have NOT checked on the site's website to use 2 step verification. Yet EVERYDAY I am asked to do so, even a few times a day if a few hours have passed. Why? I don't know what else to do since I have contacted the website and they have told me to set my browser as it IS ALREADY SET.

while other browsers plays them smoothly even at 4K. I have tried disabling Hardware Acceleration, even the h264ify plugin, but both did no work, updating my video driver, the only add-ons/extensions I use are Ublock origin and enhancer for youtube and none of them seems to cause the problem on other browsers. I have attached the picture of my Pc specs as well if they might be helpful in fixing this problem

stop changing my default search engine. I set it to google for a reason and want it to stay as google not yahoo. I've seen this issue before in the forums and they say to remove any add ons. I dont have any add ons. I use a Mac.

Every wednesday I receive a comment from Firefox that my browser software is outdate. Every Thursday i have to reconnec to my addons, etc. Why does this happen so often and do you really update your software every week.

This will best be reported with a screenshot, added. Just today Firefox is not displaying many websites completely. I dare say "most websites" since I haven't done much yet. Websites I know should work are messed up like the attached screenshot of a Microsoft site (answers.microsoft.com/......) (showing from the upper-left - that's pretty much how the entire page looks.)

No recent changes. All normal yesterday. No firefox updates or updated/new add-ons. I have disabled any likely add-ons. I've cleared FF's cache. The same sites open properly in Chrome.

Posting this in case it helps anyone else even though my report doesn't have much searchable detail. I'm off to reboot and such. I have a hunch this is the type of problem that "seems to fix itself", having been in I.T. for a.... long time :D

Guys, tell me how to change the background of the firefox reader, the white background loads the eyes heavily, tried to use the Dark reader extension, but nothing has changed for me

The default Amazon search that comes built-in with Firefox points to Amazon.com. Is there a way to search for other marketplaces, like amazon.com.au or amazon.sg ?

The latest version of firefox 87.0 does not allow the drop down arrows or autofill to work either on webpages or in firefox. For example in the section "which topic best describes your question?" it would flash the drop down menu but not open it nor allow me to select an option since it opened and closed so quickly. I was able to up the keyboard arrow keys to scroll thru in this case. Same for autofill-addresses, passwords and so forth. The option flashes on the screen for a milisecond and then disappears. Sometimes the arrow keys on the key board will work, other times nothing works.

This only happens on firefox, not on Chrome.

For some reason, many (but not all) websites I go to in firefox open at the bottom of the page. I think the problem might be related to my mouse/scroll settings, but if so, I can't find a solution.

Is there possibly a registry setting which I can look at?

Hi folks I had great problems logging in to my Barclays account on line via Firefox. Eventually I had to request Barclay's assistance and it turned out that Firefox was not compatable with their website .. I used Chrome and this worked perfectly.

The same has now happened with Viality Health.

Have any other folk experienced these (or similar) problems?

I would have liked to get Firefox to comment but cant find a relevant contact email.

Otherwise I find it a great browser and prefer to use this as it seems to represent the 'alternative' company.
