I have accessed the particular website many times but today it says, "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at shop.naturalcompounder.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)"

When I try and connect to a site with firefox I get a message saying "Check that Firefox hass permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall) How can I get check to see if I am behind the firewall and if so how can I get out to connect to that specific site.

Firefox only works properly if my VPN location is in Canada, but I'm in the US. If I switch my VPN to a US location (where I live), Firefox often does not work properly. I get news, ads, etc., that assume I'm Canadian. And often a website will not open. I need my VPN location in the US to access any site I normally do.
