Hello,

I've been having this problem recently on Windows 11 with Firefox, where switching my input language to japanese (ALT + SHIFT keys) causes the browser to crash immediately. This happens about half to one third of the times I do it. It didn't happen before and I'm rather confused.

Searching on Google brought up a few similar experiences, such as this one, but the suggested fix (switching intl.tsf.enable to false on the about:config page) didn't work for me.

I did not click to allow it through the firefall. The firefox I was using was connecting to the internet fine. (Despite the pop up saying it was blocked on both private and public networks.)

I can guess the video player app is being used in some kind of attack.

Btw I googled this and saw others complaining about it but basically no info.

I keep getting a triangle deal on Firefox that indicates I need to add the "permission request for Firefox extensions" from Mozilla. Is this something I need to install or just information regarding extensions. From reading about this it doesn't appear to be safe because it can access and change nearly everything? Sound on Rumble. It has always had an Enable Button with a bell, and clicking on that button has always enabled the sound at the videos I watch on Rumble. Recently, clicking on the button, adjusting the sound on Rumble settings in the video, and boosting the sound on my computer do not work. I'm hoping that can be fixed. Thanks in advance.

I recently noticed an unknown Outlook/Microsoft account (oliveconscious13@outlook.com) saved in my Firefox logins. The email and password appear to be randomly generated, and the account’s preferred language is set to Russian. I have never seen or used this account before.

Here are the key details:

My Firefox account was created on June 8, 2025.

The unknown Microsoft account was created on July 8, 2025.

I only have two devices connected to my Firefox account: my Mac (where the account first appeared) and my Windows PC.

The account is also showing up in Chrome’s saved passwords, which I never intentionally synced with Firefox.

This is a brand-new Mac purchased directly from Apple, so I know it wasn’t a used device.

I’m trying to figure out:

How this account was added to my saved logins.

Whether this was synced from another device.

If there’s any security concern or if my account may be compromised.

Could you check my sync history or logs to see which device added this login, and advise on how to make sure my saved logins are secure?

There is a site for the california l and It suddenly won't function right. iInstead I get a banner telling me that GPC has been enabled. How can I get things workng properly again.

Hi: There is no Refresh Firefox tab. I go to Help More troubleshooting information. Like I've done a million times. And for Diagnose Issues there's only a Troubleshoot Mode and a Clear startup cache tab. No Refresh Firefox tab. I did not want a new profile. I did not want additional profiles. This has messed everything up. Firefox is not working. Thank you
