Recently I've been experiencing a weird bug when hovering over tabs (see attached screenshot). This started not too long ago, maybe a month or so. It happens randomly and disappears if I relaunch Firefox. Initially I thought that this only occurred when my computer is connected to an external display, I'm using an old MacBook Pro with an integrated Intel graphics chip. So I figured maybe it was struggling with the resolution of my external monitor. But now it happened without it being connected to the monitor. Has someone experienced this?

I've been having some issues with firefox trying to restore tabs from previous sessions. I've already turned off the option in the settings menu and it doesn't normally do it but occasionally my pc will crash when I have 4-5 tabs open (though that's because I got a bit of a potato laptop because of not reading the fine print but that's neither here nor there) and when this happens and I go to reopen firefox it will try to open those few tabs at once which creates a cycle of my computer freezing up. I tried looking at a couple of firefox help articles and have been directed to this page (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-previous-session) but I can't find the info relevant to my problem.

A very useful feature present in Microsoft Edge is the "Set Aside" button, which places all tabs in a collection to be stored for whenever the user wants to use them again, without bookmarking them individually and organizing them.

A very similar feature to this is the "Collections" in Firefox for Android, which allows to select and store tabs in a collection that can be labeled, and then accessed back later in a section on the home page.

Will/Can Firefox get a feature like this for desktop/multiplatform collections? Otherwise, is there any addon that replicates the function in a similar way?

Dear Mozilla, I'm a very long time Firefox user, and I love it. But I now have what must be well north of 400 open tabs, some of which are no longer relevant, and some are duplicates.

I don't have time to go through them one-by one, (and BTW, I do use bookmarks, FWIW). What I'd like is a tool that would list all of the open tabs, with sufficient descriptive information, beside boxes that I could check to close them.

Is there such a tool?

Thanks very much!

It displays strange characters on pages including Yahoo mail. The attached screen shot shows a bank email, but it happens with other non-secure stuff too like general web pages. This has been happening with version 81.0 and the previous version. If I open the same page in Chrome, it will display the characters normally. I did see the strange characters appear in Chrome one time, but it happens in FF quite frequently.

If I have many windows open in Firefox, is there a way to sort them in the windows pull-down menu. Right now they aren't sorted alphabetically or anything. Wondering if I can grab them to re-arrange or if I'm just stuck with the random order they are in.

Thanks

Not sure if it matters but using Firefox 81.0 on a Mac.
