Since FF updated to 13702 every time I start it,

-I'm taking to the start up screen/tour screen -my previous tabs are gone -my extensions are either missing or turned off and I reset them

I've gone into settings and checked the "open previous tabs" and it keeps happening

Firefox closed the browser for an automatic update two days ago, and when it came up back after the update all my open windows and tabs simply disappeared. History tab was reset to a blank page, there was no trace of anything. I tried the access through 'Menu / History / Recently closed windows' or '.../ Recently closed tabs' and they were both blank, empty, zero, nada ... This is the first time it happens to me, and I'm surprised and disappointed that such a predictable and basic bug shows up on an update.

I have a couple dozen tabs I use for task f-ups, it' unproductive and annoying to get them all back up to work. If this happens again I doubt I keep using Firefox as my preferred browser.

1. Anybody else suffering the same issue?
2. Is there a cure for the problem?

Hi, is there a way mozila can help me to retrieve all my remember login ID and password? due to i changing to new laptop and when i sign out it ask me to delete all the old password which i thought is just delete from the laptop instead of my whole login ID and password.

I was trying to Sort by Name, but hit Delete, because the right-click menu presentation shifted. No worries, Ctrl Z should undo on PC. Nope. Now I'm learning the only restore is through JSTOR/backup. I don't want to restore a previous state of operation. I want to un-Delete a folder. Is that a feature somewhere, somehow?

And secondly, can I force confirmation for all future folder deletions?

I accidentally uninstalled firefox and need to recover passwords and bookmarks. Can this be done? I run an old dell latitude with Windows 10 and was trying to cleanup apps running in background at startup since it was running very slowly. At one point I saw 2 firefox icons. Uninstalled one and lost everything. Can you help me. Michael Evans

I formatted my HDD and reinstalled windows 10 pro again on same HDD and system. After installing firefox and loggin into my account everything got synced except Bookmarks. For safety i had taken backup of my old firefox installation profile folders.

However i tried to sync and also replace bookmarks file from old to new, but none of the things are working for me. In my last installation there is no file named places.sqlite but same is created in new which is causing my bookmarks not to load.

Please note that usually all my bookmarks was automatically backed up to my account and it used to restore back again automatically without the need to take extra backup. But this time my sync was unable to restore my bookmarks.

When i am trying to click options like import bookmark from HTML or Restore Bookmark from my backup file, sadly there is no action after clicking on relevant buttons. It is not just opening the dialog box for me to select file to restore the bookmark.

I tried all options at my end but of no use. Please help as there is bug which doesnt open bookmark restore or import bookmark from other file

My macbook pro did an auto update of my firefox browser to version 136.0.2 (aarch64), and now all of my latest bookmarks are not present. What shows up now is some older version of my bookmarks. How do I recover what I've had most recently, significantly more bookmarks and folders than what is showing?

All of a sudden I lost all my bookmarks and I can't add any more, no matter what I do I do not have or sink or recovery with Firefox I need my bookmarks back as soon as possible someone please help me
