where are my saved passwords and bookmarks?

I rebooter my computer, reinstalled firefox, log back in and the ONE thing that it is supposed to be storing is not there anymore.

Any idea on how to get these back?

Unable to install ad blockers; keep getting a message that ad blocker i"s corrupt."

Never had this before from Firefox - what do I do? The ads are disturbing me!

I just want to know WHERE the notifications land? I have a very old macbook pro (mid 2010) so I have a sneaking suspicion firefox is trying to tell me something about not being supported, yadayadayada, BUT where are the notifications? The OS am currently using is High Sierra 10.13.6 CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE? Sorry to be such a klutz but these banners appear every day and I can't seem to access whatever it is that firefox is trying to communicate. Thanks all!

I enabled two-step authentication on my Firefox Account by clicking on "Add". Everything went OK. (It was the first time I enabled it. I've been negligent.) The "name" (email) on the token generated by my 2FA App was the primary email of my Firefox Account.

Then I clicked on "Change", and followed through the same steps as when 2FA was "Added". Now, the "name" on the generated token was neither the primary or the secondary email of my Firefox Account ! The name on the token was the email I used as the primary email of my Firefox account back in 2020 ! Despite the wrong name (email), the 2FA code worked fine for signing in. How and why does this happen? What is the intended purpose of the "Change" option?

I fixed the name on the token by Disabling then Adding 2FA again.

A Curiosity?: When I try to sign into Firefox account, 2 emails are offered by Firefox - the current primary email for the account, and the previous primary email for the account. The second email IS in Logins, but not for accounts.firefox.com. The 2nd email is rejected if it is tried to be used. Where is Firefox getting the previous account email from?

Hello, Since september, 1st, i have a display problem while opening the linkedin tabs. I tried several things to repare it, but nothing is working. I do not know why i have this problem and how to solve it.

not all windows appear in the drop down "window" menu, and a different number when each window is on top. Weird.

Using Mac OSX. Nothing is "full screen." Seems to be nothing to do with if a window is minimized or not.

I have restarted. Recently updated, and lost profile, but recovered it, but lost all my open windows & tabs, so now I have only 5 windows open. Seems to be nothing to do with if a window is minimized (OSX) or not. Needs a better mechanism to save open windows & tabs along with profile data.

channel 4 repeatedly gives me this message when i enter my e mail address. there is nothing wrong with the address. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again or use a different browser. after dozens of attempts it has let me in for the last few days. Today it does not

When I look at about Firefox it says I'm up to date - but it's only version 115.18. How do I update further? I'm starting to get messages that my browser is no longer supported.

Today, it started.

When I open sites that I am subscribed to, a small gray-shaded nearly transparent rectangular window appears in the upper right of the screen (see attached screen capture), and it blocks access to login and search, thus rendering the site inoperable. The latest site rendered inoperable is Amazon shopping, so this is not a minor thing. I can no longer retain Firefox as my default browser.

No other browser on my Mac does this; the earlier version of Firefox active last night did not do so either. What is the purpose of this gray-shaded window? It makes the latest browser appear to be infected with malware.

Running OSX 10.13.6 on a mid 2012 Macbook Pro.
