I am unable to open applications in Firefox. When I try to open an application, nothing happens or it does not load properly. I have already tried restarting Firefox, but the problem still exists. Please help me fix this issue.

Recently, a couple of web pages I've tried to accessible do not load -- I only get a blank white screen.

I've checked possible issue with a firewall, with no resolution. Also checked other security and privacy settings without finding a solution.

This is a recent happening, only happens with a few sites ... which seem to work fine on other browsers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. jb

I’m facing a strange issue with Firefox and need some help.

When I try to use Firefox normally, it sometimes opens but doesn’t load pages properly or gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve already checked my internet connection and it’s working fine in other browsers.

I also tried restarting Flixfox and clearing cache, but the issue still comes back randomly.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

am a senior and need to talk to someone about not being able to open certain important websites - like for my credit card. Most other website cause me nor problems. At 82, and with poor eyesight, the articles are just mumble/jumble to me.

Hello. I get this screen quite often in response to a search, mainly from a Google search. It started about a month ago. I have deleted must of the junk that Firefox accumulates, as well as refreshed Firefox. This is running on Windows 11.

For many years I have used Firefox as my browser with my homepage as nytimes.com. Beginning last week, Firefox will not open the nytimes.com website

For about two weeks, most of the pages/websites that I use that require logins/passwords will not load (or take an extremely long time to load--like an hour or more). Gmail and sports stats app are okay...banking, credit cards, social media, online shopping are NOT. Websites that do NOT require a login (local news, The Weather Channel, my city website) have no trouble loading at all.

I have made no changes to my computer since about February. I'm running Windows 11 (up-to-date), and Firefox says that it is also up-to-date.

I am only experiencing this problem on my desktop (but that is my device of choice) and not on my laptops or smartphone.

Using firefox browser for facebook, with latest update, can no longer see any notifications. The number of notificationns are show, but when I click. there are none. Can see on my iphone.

Wise.com has informed me that something in the system is not allowing a CAPTCHA VERIFICATION. ONE SOLUTION THAT WISE HAS SUGGESTED IS TO CLEAR THE CACHE IN MY BROWSER. HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Every time I try to access my account on Zygna FV2 it keep telling me to toggle with LAN, but every time I followed the instruction--there is no way to do it. I don't like to use Google because my farm crashes every 2 minutes. Please for the love of God help me fix my page and farm and get rid of all this nonsense. I'm ready to throw in the towel after 17 years with FB. Thanking you on advance for your assistance. Karen Eastlyn.

The website in question loads great on other browsers and on a new profile. I have attatched images of the website open on original and new profiles. On new profile i didn't change any settings. Things i have tried: 1. disable all extensions 2. disable strict security settings in firefox 3. reset all windows 11 internet settings 4. reset firefox through about:profiles > Restart with addons disabled > Refresh Firefox 5. just to check i tried to copy all the original profile settings on to the new profile, and the website still opens fine, with all the same wxtensions enabled too.

This has only started happening recently. I use that site for publishing articles, it is based on OJS. What more can i try?

Since before and after my recent updates on my Macbook Air, Firefox has become virtually unusable. Facebook has slowed to a standstill, X videos won't load and now after this latest update to ios Tahoe 26.5.1 some of my passwords to my sites no longer work either. My Safari browser works fine. Is this to do with permissions? I need a solution quickly or I will sadly have to stop using Firefox.
