When I select one (or more) people from my email contacts in the dropdown list of BT Mail, the address(es) appear as "invalid" or "illegal" in the "To:" field. This has only happened since the last update to Firefox. This does not hapen with other browsers, so why should I be forced to change, just to send emails? It is a real PAIN. Having done a bit of research, it appears that there is Javascript issue. When can I expect a patch? I have enjoyed everything Firefox gives me, but this issue is giving me cause to consider moving

My name is Debbie. Years ago I chose to make my homepage to get to my email as the AOL Homepage. I have always accessed it via Firefox. Never any problems, until about a week and a half ago.

When I get onto the AOL homepage, there is a big square for stories that automatically shift from one to the next. On the right is always a picture related to the story. On the right is always a short text to describe the story/image - that is, until recently.

Out of nowhere, the text will not show up but ONLY in my Firefox Browser. Since I thought it was an AOL problem, I spoke with a Tech Support "Expert" (his word). I gave him remote ability to move around to find out the problem. He had thought it was McAffee and Privacy defender, so he turned both of those off. He also said that he went to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and called up the AOL homepage and the text was there. So he said it's a Firefox problem.

I am hoping there is even just ONE person who sees this and knows about the AOL homepage viewed via the Firefox browser. Someone who can tell me if this is just happening to both MY laptop AND my husband's laptop, or if it's a problem having something to do with not being compatible with Google Chrome? That's what my husband found and read to me.

It's not a serious or urgent problem, it's just what I've gotten used to. So if anyone can shed any light on why this happened out of nowhere and if there's a way to fix it, PLEASE respond.

I am using Firefox (March 2026 version) and BT internet email wit Win11. Since January 2026 update I have problems entering email addresses that are present in my Contacts list. When starting the cursor goes to the CC: line before switching to the To: line. Then when I start entering an emaiil address that is in my contacts list an option(s) show and when clicking on the correct one instead of it displaying in full in the To: line it shows the first few characters in a red in a box with an x at the end. I then have to delete this and fully type in the full email address. This is very annoying and time consuming. I had hoped the recent update would have fixed it, but it has not. Recently the MS Q&A site displays outrageously small text. FF is fully updated as is Sequoia. I don't have the same problem when accessing the same site in Safari. I have tries various setting combinations in FF Preferences for Zoom & Font [including Advanced] but nothing provides a remedy. I really don't want to stop using FF but this is unbearable... I spend much time in Q&A supporting MS product. The image on the left ia how FF displays the page, the image on the right is from Safari.

My URLs safeeenergyanalyst.org and safeeenergyanalyst.com do not redirect to https://russlowes.wordpress.com/blog/ on Firefox, but do on Chrome and Edge. I cannot figure this out, and have contacted GoDaddy and they say it is a Firefox issue.

i go to chrome have no problem getting and keeping Facebook i have closed and enable the extensions removed some and it either does not work or takes for ever in the version of Facebook. . I keep checking if Facebook is down there are limited problems but i do not see the problems in Chrome. if this keeps up i will be going to chrome which i really do not want to

If I try the same thing under Edge it works OK.

the home page for AOL has an image of a current event or news worthy item, until yesterday there has always been a description or statement explaining the image to the left, that screen is now blank. I had my computer security team check my unit and they say the problem is with Firefox and I should use a different browser.Also under the new email tab there was an old mail tab, that is also gone as of yesterday. Are these problems in fact a Firefox issue?

Previously downloading files did not close the source website. Now when downloading a file, the source website is closed. Requires logging into the source website for each file downloaded. How can closing the source website be stopped.

I use BT internet for emails. When composing an email I type the addressee into the To box. The full address pops up but when I click on it Firefox only copies in the first few letters. The address is then highlighted in red as invalid. I have been in touch with BT who say that this is a known Firefox problem. I found this to be true becasue my email service works fine in Chrome. However Firefox is my preferred browser so I would like to get this fixed. Thank you.

when i open shorts on youtube for example, the screen tilts after the 3rd video. i have to close the window then restart it, so it works. however, it continues to do the same later.

also, i am not being able to scroll down through facebook nor linked in. but on other search engines such as edge or chrome, everything works seamlessly

I cannot sign in to my banking website. I assume it's something to do with cookies or permissions. This is on my desktop, but I have no problem on my I-pad. I have the latest version of Firefox and I am using Windows 10.

I am using my macbook air 2020 with the Apple M1 chip and the OS is Sonoma 14.7.4, to try and log in to Poshmark.ca https://poshmark.ca/ using my Google credentials and the screen looks like it is going to log in but then goes back to the main screen. I deleted the cookies for the site, but that did not work. I am not sure what else to do? Can you help me?
