When I open a new page in Firefox, it is always at the bottom and I have to scroll all the way up to the top of the page? Very annoying!

Hello, I would like to ask you why i can't translate on greek and russian althought i already downloaded the languages in the translator's settings? Can you help me to fix it.

I don't know who at firefox doesn't understand the point of fullscreen, but the address bar continues to pop up when the mouse reaches the top of the screen and there is no setting to turn this off. It is a comically incompetent choice. No, the chrome folder or extensions don't work. Might just switch back to chrome as this is a pattern with firefox's choices.

I have been using Firefox as my primary browser in Windows and Linux Mint for many years, and I have always found it to work when other browsers would not. Recently (last few months) functions in Ancestry.com stopped working. I thought that the problems were within the Ancestry system, and getting help within Ancestry was very difficult. I finally got a help chat session a short time ago and learned that everything in Ancestry should work using the Chrome browser. Very reluctantly, I loaded the Chrome browser on one of my Windows 11 computers, and suddenly all of the functions within Ancestry worked properly. I sincerely hope that FIrefox will soon resume being fully functional with Ancestry.com.

Whenever I try to sign into any Google site whether it is Gmail, Google, Youtube. or even signing into a site with a google account like Pinterest I get sent to the google help page taking about clearing cache & cookies. Even from there when i click sign in it just refreshes the page never actually taking me to the sign in page.

When trying to sign into a sweepstakes like HGTV Sweepstakes, the website will not show the "Fill-in the Blank" area to insert my email address. This happens in all the sweepstakes that I try to enter. If I use Microsoft Edge, the Fill-In Blank is there, but not when I use Firefox. It will work on my laptop in Firefox, but not on my desktop.

I'm trying to help my wife install firefox on her desktop computer, which is right next to mine. Her MAC has an operating system Big Sur version 11.5.1. with 8 g of memory.When I did it sometime ago, it was easy. Now I'm confused as to how to proceed.

I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

I had to uninstall firefox due to an error. I kept receiving an xulrunner error when I tried to open Firefox. I researched this and found that uninstalling the app fixed the issue. However, I have lost all of my saved passwords. Is there any way I can get them back?

In Australia, a lot of organisations are forcing native languages upon us. How can I block these words? I do not want to block the website....just the words in Native Languages.

When I'm on YouTube I can hear everything just fine. When I go to Chaturbate I have to turn the volume up to 100 and then I can only barely hear any audio. Can you help me fix this please? It might be something very basic that I'm missing, but how do I check volume settings for a specific website? Or is the problem something else? I appreciate any help you can give me. It worked fine until an hour ago. I have tried restarting twice. Each time it works once then stops working. I have tried the about:config route and it didn't work. (It says "true"). Hope it can be fixed! If not I'll be going back to Chrome.
