I cant log in through it.. Can yoy help me getting it back? I also didnt put my email and number phone in it.. So please help me.. I'll givr you 5 stars on play store if you do it/get it back.

I just got reed of annoying e-mails going to my I Cloud and again today I have 170 junk mails!!!! Is there a way that unsolicited E- mail do not invade my computer as I only want to see the e-mails from people and companies that I know of!!!! I thank you for any tips that you have to offer. Neoma

When I try to log in, I get the "your account has been locked for security reasons" message. I understand I'm supposed to get an email with a code to confirm my identity, but I didn't. I tried multiple times in the last few days. The only mail I got from Mozilla is one asking me to log in to change my password. But obviously, I can't log in.

I received a messaged PURPORTING TO BE a Firefox message that my google cloud was hacked and scammers have passwords and all data. Is this a scam? Peter Neumann [edited email and phone# from community support forum]

Hi, I added two devices, MacBook and I phone. Old laptop is dead and old android phone is nearly there. I tried signing into Firefox on new laptop and syncing but ended up failing. Turns out when I thought I was signing in I actually created a new acct…I typed my password with one letter upper case instead of lower. Now when I sign in it defaults to the new account with zero success no from old acct. My nearly dead android still has the correct acct. with old password phrasing. I tried deleting acct., my troubles are that I can’t seem to sign in with email and password, it wants to use newer methods, such as sign in with Google or Face ID, both of which goes back to that new blank acct. with new incorrect password. I am about to delete and start over with Safari but figure it’s worth one more shot. Again, I have the new account on both a new I phone and a newish MB pro, and the good old acct. I want is showing up only on the near dead Android. The issue is beyond me at this point. Thanks

I have three gmail accounts. When I try to sign on to my main gmail account it says I need to confirm access with a passcode, fingerprint or face. I don't have any of these set up. It blocked me from signing into that gmail account. Why? It said "this is coming from a Mozilla-Firefox app. Like what? Thanks

Hello, My name is Michael Provenzano My email is [edited] @yahoo.com.and is attached to this account. and I no longer have access to my account. Everytime I try it says the above statement. "Your account has been locked for security reasons" I use 2 computers on this account. My home office and a laptop I use on the go. There is nothing that says where I can verify my account. I want to know if Firefox, passwords, user name = (no name) is a legitimate entry or a security hole. For the "offending" entries, there are several, there is a (no name) :: {password} and a valid name :: (password), including {your site}. Is it safe / logical to delete the "no name" entry?
