Facebook does not load. Error message: "Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can. Go Back Facebook © 2020 · Help Center" I know it's not Facebook as works fine on my Android devices. Firefox has been very unstable for months on Windows 10! Fix it!! Egad!! I got locked out of my Banks website. Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and problem solved. I am refusing updates cuz I think it was an update that caused the problem.

In the changes for Firefox 92, I see "The bookmark toolbar menus on macOS now follow Firefox visual styles." Is there a way to revert to the more compact view for these menus I am used to? I am using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) with macOS 11.1.

My first phone with authenticator installed crashed and i bought a new phone. The phone contains firefox recovery code. But now I am logout and lost my recovery codes. How can I recovery my account on email. Please i have been using firefox for years i really love it. I have lot of bookmarks and login save there. please help me recover it. Thanks.

I have used the LastPass extension to manage passwords in Firefox for ~5 months. Yesterday, clicking on the icon brought up only a tiny, empty dropdown box instead of the usual vault access. When I tried to open LasPass through a different route, Firefox told me that the extension wasn't installed--but it was visible in the extension manager. I toggled it off and on again, which forcibly logged me out of LastPass.

LastPass relies on the browser to store AND recover the password, so I am effectively blocked out of all my password-protected sites.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hi, Since Jan I am unable to send Emails to @was-luzern.ch I can receive them, but every mail I try to send is returned with this error message: Email error code 550: Emails from your address have been blocked by the administrator.

I just sent same mail via Chrome with no problem!

It seems this could be a Firefox related problem, any idea?

Message. I have tried removing antivirus extentions from the browser that might change the URL and adding Tumblr to the exclusions list on my computer's main antivirus program and it still doesn't work. What can I do to stop getting this error?

Firefox 92.0 : So now comes another "improvement" from the folks behind a program . . . NOT!

USED TO BE: Click on a Bookmark in the Bookmarks Toolbar and the roll-down would be single lines -- meaning a person could control the number of links in that Bookmark so the roll-down would go to the bottom of the screen. Simple to read, no extra activity needed.

NOW IN THE "NEW & IMPROVED" VERSION: Click on a Bookmark in the Bookmarks Toolbar and the roll-down is 1.5 or 2.0 spacing -- meaning a person is now required to futz with the roll-down since it goes way past the bottom of the screen. A waste of time to search, since one is required to spend the extra activity to scroll down and down and down until all of the bookmarks have become visible.

VISIBLE? Ha. Part of the "NEW & IMPROVED VERSION" is that the screen font used by Firefox is that all-too-ubiquitous light gray color that can barely be read unless is blessed with exceptionally good eyesight. Some websites these days think it is So Very Hip to utilize that style of font -- but make it even lighter! Mindless Madness.

SO: How does one 1. Return the Bookmark roll-down list back to a single-line style? 2. Change the font color so that it is dark enough to be readily read?

I really need some help, I don't know if I can still do anything, but at least I'm asking here. Last night, my computer crashed really bad and I went to sleep, today, my Firefox tabs were all gone. I had more than 200 open tabs with stuff to keep in mind, stuff to do later and other things... The weirdest part is that I still had some tabs opened, but it was tabs from 21/012021, how bizarre is that?

I tried everything I could find on here or on other website, but nothing helped. I even tried a recovery of my computer to a week ago, in vain. The only useful thread was this one : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1310742

With ShadowExplorer I found two files from the 23/01/2022 in sessionstore-backups : recovery.baklz4 recovery.jsonlz4

But trying the methods from the previous thread never worked. I also tried to just copy my whole profile folder from the 23/01/2022, and again, no result.

I'm stuck now, I really don't want to lose my tabs and I KNOW they're somewhere.

When i look at a map embedded in website the cursor disappears and only shows up randomnly or when you stop moving the mouse. This makes using maps in Firefox impossible. Must be related to Firefox - works in Google Chrome Please fix or advise or I have to change webbrowser

I have noticed that I am not receiving any emails via Firefox Relay for the past two days. I have tried logging into Firefox Relay to check and see if any settings have changed but I am not getting the one time code needed to login. Would appreciate any help/guidance with sorting this out. Thanks.

I didn't know which topic to select. Just started the computer and there was a TrendMicro notice to restart my browser to complete an update -- I opened Firefox and it opened in two windows with notices about updates, but had lost all my tabs. Other times the situation is different, but the result is the same -- fifty or a hundred tabs gone -- I just noticed the toolbar is missing too so I'm going to send or submit this and turn it back on and see if that stupid extension that supposedly saves my tabs has saved anything, but often, when this happens, it hasn't saved anything for weeks! I've tried getting tech support from them but however these things works something isn't triggering it. One shouldn't need a CIS degree to be able to use a laptop. Thank you, you're awesome regardless.

On most of the websites I am visiting including gmail. ..where ever there is a login page, it shows a blank password field even after or while typing the password.. but it is logging in... show password option works in some instances. But this has been happening after the last few browser update was made.. 2-3 version ago I believe. Works ok in safe mode. Does not also show saved passwords if already saved.

Is there an option to prevent the library from auto resetting to the top everytime I click an old website visit history? Its kind of annoying to always scroll down just to go back and click the next website to it. Im opening multiple histories btw I love ff.

1. I saw a blog post in the past and set up a browser. (use -> about:config)

2. when I turn on the browser after that, the size of the browser is always initialized.

3. I think the settings are synchronized to my account. Reinstalling Firefox has the same symptoms.

My old hard drive refused to boot.

I got a new one, formatted it, and copied everything I "thought" I needed from the old one...nothing has been touched, it's all still there, in the case but not plugged in. I did not move any OS files, nor any files from progams folders.

I fresh-installed firefox on my new hard drive and quickly reconstructed my pwd protected accounts from memory.

I'm looking for help here, not a lecture on these newer approaches using master passwords. Gotta live my life my way, eh?

Anyway, now it's year end and I'm having password woes with a few accounts. As they are fiscal, they tend to lock out after 2-3 tries -- sometimes I'm told how many several days, I tend to default and try again after 3. I'm running out of time.

If I fire up the old hard drive and grab those two files, putting them in a dedicated subdirectory, can I retrieve those passwords?

Can you confirm the precise files names, and the most likely subdirectories I will find them in.

Yup, I'm that much of a dinosaur. You may have folders, but I have subdirs.

I'm really happy with this, except for the fact that it is visible all the time, so also in full screen.

Q: can I put a command in front so this hides in full screen? Been looking, trying for ages now.
