I set up a custom search extension and am trying to use 'z' as the keyword.

It doesn't work. If I use anything else, it works fine, I just can't use 'z'.

Since I use 'z' in Chrome, I'd like to keep it consistent.

I don't see any other search engines using that keyword.

Is there something I'm missing here? Why can't I seem to use 'z' as a search engine keyword?

Firefox now asks for primary password every time it starts even if it is not needed to access a site with a saved password. Removing and resetting primary password does not fix the problem.

XUL Runner platform version 129.01 is not compatible with 129.0 miniversion 129.0 maxversion 129.0 When this happened at first I did not have the use of Firefox. I then went to Firefox and down downloaded Firefox and started over. Then I went to go to my bookmarks and could not find them, bummer. I chose to use Firefox a few months ago after starting to have problems with Chrome. At first it was great, no problems. Then just the other day, it showed it was doing a software update. OK, no big problem right. I thought. This morning I tried to go into a favorite web sit. It is were I get my main news from also, but this time I got a message showing that Cloudflare was blocking the channel, then said it was an error but to try back later. It just kept doing this. What is up with this. I won't accept this. I want this cloudflare disabled. You say it is your software for protecting your software. If I want my computer protected, I'll make the decision as to how it is protected. I want cloudflare removed or I'll find another web browser.

All of a sudden when I open Firefox a dialogue box from Software Update appears and asks for permission to make changes to my computer-- never happened before. My preferences are set to automatically update and my app list says I have the latest version of Firefox (129.0.1). I've checked Firefox properties and there is nothing selected under compatibility mode (I read on the forum this could cause the pop up). I can’t figure out what changes Firefox’s Software Update wants to make if I already have the latest version (so I always say no). The Firefox update to 129.0.1 was 8/14 but this dialogue box only appeared a few days ago. Is Firefox just not working because it’s not getting the automatic update message sent to maintenance? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the maintenance program? And if so, how do I do that? (Windows 10)

And now if i want to sharing my screen it's not coming, And allow button showing fade. Plz help me i went to solve in permission screen even there showing correct but still not working to show my screen button.

I use Mozilla on two things, my laptop and my android cell phone. The syncing on my cell phone appears to work perfectly well. However, when I am on my laptop, I am unable to view my "Tabs from Other Devices" - It will show me tabs from days ago. I've tried manually syncing on both devices but nothing happens.

The only thing that seems to work is if I log out of my Mozilla on my cell phone and log back in but then it will stop syncing again.

If something else isn't syncing, I honestly don't notice because I don't use anything else much.

When I try to edit & crop in Google Photos, I get the image artifacts as you can see in the image with lines and the image doesn't correct itself so it's impossible to edit well. If I save the image after all the lines are added, then reload it will show but then I have to start the crop over again to get both sides.

This works fine in Google Chrome, so there is some issue with the Firefox browser on my laptop. graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics 1920x1080 x 8bit 60.05 Hz refresh rate

What could be causing an issue on Firefox but not Chrome?

Firefox Version 129.0.1 64 bit Windows 11. When I am in a New Tab, and I do a search (Google is my search engine) the results do not display. I type in search words, I hit Enter, and the screen does a very quick blip, and then nothing. This is very frustrating. I have wasted too much time trying to figure it out. It does not do it all the time, but most of the time. This started with the latest Firefox update. Is this a Settings issue?

since the last firefox update I cannot upload pictures to my blogs on blogger.com using my windows 11 computer. My Windows 7 computer with engineering software that won't run on Windows 11 still works fine with firefox and blogspot but I haven't allowed that computer to be updated by firefox. I did try blocking the shield to allow blogger to be exempted but that didn't help.

When attempting to access or refresh my online brokerage page I get a white spinning circle. It seems to go on for 30 seconds or so. While it is present the page is dysfunctional. I had recently changed some settings or a 3rd part program made some changes. I know not which setting or other may cause the spinning circle to be evoked. There is a break in the circle at about 3:18...that's the part that spins.

On using Google search, many times it behaves as if I've done nothing...

Communication between Firefox and their server seems dropped. Press enter/search and... nothing

Or do they* want us to use Chrome?

I have an account with a certain email. I need to use a different email for specific connections. Do I need to create a new separate Firefox account with the second email? If so, how?

My tabs crash very often. 6+ times per session. This happens on YouTube and Amazon, and can happen with no site loaded, crashed when I went to about:crashes. This also happens in Troubleshoot Mode.
