I just discovered today that when I click on a YouTube short and select open in new tab there are two sound streams playing about 3 seconds out of sync. This happened on my work machine today and on my home machine. When I switch to the Chrome browser this did not happen.

Tabs are continually crashing and getting worse. It happening on all sites eg. email, Facebook and general surfing. I've done Firefox updates and has not fixed the problem. I've always preferred Firefox as my search engine. I am in a situation where I'm going have to change search engine. Please fix the problem. Thanks

I've been having problems with Youtube. When I click on a video, it doesn't play and gives me the "If playback isn't starting shortly, try restarting your device.". However when I mute the audio, it just starts playing perfectly fine without the audio.

The Firefox software has been updated but no longer starts

I have been using credit card detail autofill for several years, using my Microsoft password. Suddenly, possibly since January 1st 2025, this feature doesn't work any more! The usual pop up asks me to choose a credit card; I do this and then enter my password and press Enter or Continue. After that nothing happens. The credit card number is not filled in for me and the same happens if I try to add the Expiry Date. Please can you see what may have changed either in my settings or elsewhere? Many thanks. Hi My normally excellent Firefox on Windows 10 has suddenly become unworkable,with the "Gah Tab Crash" message now coming up almost constantly. I have tried opening the browser in safe mode but to no avail. Any suggestions to travellinbilly@gmail.com. Fingers crossed.

After yesterdays update I always get "Tab crashed" when I want to start in a new tab when i try to open gmx.net or any other url. How to set back Firefox? I need to open Tabs! And "reopen" does not effect anything.

Firefox is using too much of my Pcs proccessing power and causing my pc to freeze. The videos Im watching and twitch will just freeze then I have to hard reset my pc because the windows option to shut down or restart will do nothing. Even when I hit window+ctrl+shift+b to reset my graphics card it does nothing. please help me or I will have to stop using firefox which Ive been using for 20 years.

I suppose you run some sort of volume test before a release. Each crash appeared to start another (or more) task(s). There was a sitting (quiet) connection to ChatGPT, and i went to open another tab, which never came up without a crash. I sent several reports, each of which appeared to cause another crash. So i think it isn't volume as such but diversity of use cases which involve two-way open dialogue as with Google or Chat, and opening another tab.. GLWT.

I’m getting “'Gah. Your tab just crashed’” basically every other website I open (including this one). I don’t notice anything in common with the websites I’m visiting and it’s happening in the troubleshooting/safe mode as well. I’m using the most recent version of Firefox and am running MacOS 12.6.

Over the past few weeks, tabs keep crashing several times a day. It happens most often on X, but this morning, a tab crashed while completing an online order (grrr). My computer is up to date, cookies, cache and history cleared regularly and today I "refreshed" Firefox. In less than an hour, tab crashed again. What is going on???

I'm very close to changing browsers.

Firefox has been running smoothly for the last 6 months. Recently I started receiving Firefox Crash Reporter dialog boxes when opening the app. The app never opens, but I receive three crash reporter dialog boxes.

What I have tried: Repair Reinstall Deleted every Mozilla folder in App cache and other device locations. Did another reinstall. App never loads and I receive a crash report. Updated Windows. Restarted laptop. Etc. Everything else on the device runs perfectly.

I got this new Chromebook, and now I'm having issues using YouTube. When I select a video to watch, a message pops up at the top saying "To play video, you may need to install the required video codecs." I am able to watch the video I selected anyhow, with some minor issues with the picture and its frames I believe, however, when I try to watch a different video, it does not work. Sometimes it will play for a short bit, but will then stop, and start buffering. When I then refresh the page, the video will not play and will only buffer. I am not sure what to do, and if this is an issue with the browser, or the device itself, please help?

I uploaded some videos to my website (burchmusic.com). They can be played on Safari, but not on Firefox. This is the error message I get: No video with supported format and MIME type found. I'm on MacBookPro running OS Sequoia 15.2.

For many years, I have been exchanging video calls on Facebook.

Recent attempts to video call the same person I've been video calling for the past 3 years result in "your browser doesn't support video calls"

Have I been "hacked"?

Please explain.

I contact you because I would like to connect to another account for sync in another Firefox profile, but I forgot my password. I already tried "forgot password", but I need the primary address from my account, that I forgot (And maybe I doesn't have it anymore...). But I have a secondary address that I added in my account in gmail, when I try to connect with this one, I'm redirected to the next step in the login process, and when I want to reset my password, I need my primary email, that I don't have it anymore. Then, I suppose my gmail address should be a secondary address in my account, is it possible to reset my password by sending my the code to this address ? Can you put my gmail address as my primary address ? My actual primary address for this account can be an address with protonmail (@protonmail.com/@proton.me/@pm.ne), but I don't have access anymore to these ones...
