Hello,

For a few days now I've been unable to use Google tools via Firefox (I can't tell if this is due to an update or not).

As soon as a document (usually an editable or navigable area) is opened on the page, it appears completely black. Interactions work correctly at first glance (it's possible to click, write, interact with content that isn't displayed. The problem seems to be purely visual.

I've encountered the problem in all Google Sheet or Docs documents (including when I'm making a new one) and on Google Maps, regardless of location (in the case of Google maps, a notable point is that the map is displayed and then turns black after one or two seconds).

I don't have this problem on another browser, I have it in PM.

Do you have any ideas on how to find the cause and fix the problem?

I cannot hear audio when viewing online videos (e.g. - YouTube, Facebook) or when running playback on a file in music notation software (Sibelius). Some time back a Sibelius support person worked very hard to restore sound for that software, but I do not know what he did and it did not also restore sound to anything else.

I can hear sound through other browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE), so I am thinking there is some background setting that got set in my Firefox profile that needs to be reset. This is only my opinion; I am not a PC heavyweight, I get by with Word, Excel, Sibelius and a few other things, but not with OS and such. I run an HP laptop using WIndows 11.

I started this dialog earlier, but chose to run a refresh of Firefox. That refresh changed nothing.

So, any suggestions as to where I might look for problems?

Bonjour,depuis quelques jours, je rencontre un problème en utilisant ma messagerie Orange. lorsque je veux créer un nouveau message, au bout de quelques seconde certain termes ou titres des onglets comme par ex : pièces jointes est systématiquement remplacé par le terme "une machine à sous-munitions", ou encore devant mon adresse mail apparait le terme (lien-l'ilot) et a la place de ajouter (un destinataire) apparait "centrateur". j'ai vérifié sur chrome et là tout est ok. Mozilla FF est à jour et je l'est re-téléchargé et re-installé mais le problème persiste,y a t-il un bug dans la dernière mise a jour ? si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème merci de bien vouloir m'aider .

Hello, I have been using Firefox to access my online banking for years and with the recent Firefox update, I can no longer access my PNC Banking to pay my mortgage. It tells me "Online Banking is unavailable right now. Please try again later" I have to use Chrome to sign in. When will this issue be fixed?

Some seller websites will not allow me to pay with a card. The card payment section does not appear Example, https://www.warco.co.uk. I always use Firefox and have noticed this on a few other sites as well. It works on other browsers.

When my resolv.conf contains domain mydom.local search mydom.local nameserver 192.168.1.18 nameserver 192.168.2.10

I encounter that I cannot access s1.mydom.local in firefox. However, I can access it in safari, chrome, via ssh, it responds to ping etc. On firefox says the server cannot be found. If i enter the server IP address, it works. So I go to about:networking#dns and see that DNS suffix is set to mydom.local attlocal.net

I go to DNS search and enter s1.mydom.local to get NS_ERROR_UNKNOWN_HOST. Then i enter only s1 and it spits out the correct IP address. And from there on, if I put into the address bar only https://s1 then it works.

It seems like a bug that when I enter s1.mydom.local firefox for some weird reason might be resolving s1.mydom.local.mydom.local which i just wrong. Is this a bug? No other browsers behave like this. Is there a workaround?

When opening links via Firefox that are associated with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) website, I keep getting a message on their homepage screen that says, "An Error Has Occurred. An Error Occurred in Client", and I can't go any farther. There's no explanation or "pop-up blocked" notification, just that message. I can open the links in the NAR website via Chrome, but not Firefox. I talked to tech support for the NAR website, but they said they're not familiar with this complaint and said to try opening on Chrome, which I successfully was able to open the link there. Please help as I don't want to switch to Chrome. Is there something in Firefox not allowing it to open? I'm not even sure which topic this falls under, so I picked Accessibility. Currently, I am using a Dell computer with Windows 11 as my OS and FF as my Browser. All of a sudden, I can no longer log into my Chase Banking account. However, if I use Microsoft Edge, I can log in as normal. Thus it appears as though something has changed between the FF & Chase interface? I have contacted Chase Tech Support. They see no change or problems on their end. Interestingly enough, they suggested I contact Microsoft? However I am starting with FF first since it is associated with your software. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate your help. As I continue to supply information, I see that both Chase and FF have updates about time frame that my problem started? Thanks, Bob

Just recently I have found that certain sites are unavailable to me using Firefox but I can access them using Edge or Chrome. One particular one is Squarespace.

Is there anything known - how should I tackle this?

I opened my Yahoo mail last night using Firefox and it had completely changed and now had the Bing Co Pilot handling everything. The whole Yahoo site changed using Firefox. However, using Chrome or Internet Explorer it was the same Yahoo it's always been. I need to remove the CoPilot since my Yahoo has changed because of it.

I did a search in Google for "Scotsman Coin and Jewelry" and hit there website and did not connect to them. I received a webpage for Microsoft that said "Internet Information Format Services". I did the same thing in Chrome and received the correct website. What do I do to make a correction?

I am having problems viewing my Ring Doorbell live view in Home Assistant. I get the error "Failed to connect WebRTC stream: Answer tried to set recv when an offer did not set send." Other browsers (Chrome, Opera, Edge) work OK.

I have tried for over a week to get into my social security account, including changing my password several times and twice waiting two hours for a call back from SS. The last call back from SS told me to try another browser. I finally borrowed someone else's computer and used microsoft edge and got into the site right away. I have used Firefox for years and have had very few problems. What's the problem?

I can open up my posteo.de account, and I can see all of my emails. However it is not possible to open up and view an Email, a double click has no longer any effect. I re-installed firefox, this had no effect on my problem. I then completley deinstalled my MX Linux and installed KDE neon. A new firefox installation didn't solve the problem. Just to check, I installed Brave and I can open my Emails without any proble,- I would be greatful for any help!

I've been getting a glitch while typing emails in Outlook Web Access for the last couple of days where superscript type in dates looks like the image attached. It was working fine until sometime this week. I've tried using Microsoft Edge and the issue doesn't happen so I'm thinking it might be browser specific.

I'm running Firefox Version 135.0.1 (aarch64) on a Mac Studio with Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70).

Can you advise please?

I have no idea. I cannot see my dropdowns and buttons on my website. I could before. What did you guys do? I see all my buttons and dropdowns when using chrome. It has been about 3 to 6 months that something changed. Pls help me. I have attached firefox and chrome versions of my web site www.c4ccs.com

My bank says it is your problem. This website will open using Google but not Firefox. I am wondering if somewhere in your last "update" there was a change which clashes with my bank's security settings (or whatever). When I try to open the website (Chase.com), the screen shows a solid blue screen and a twirling circle which usually precedes the opening to my account page. It twirls FOREVER! It never opens! It makes no sense to me whatever. HELP!!

dunno if this is the right board, but here goes...

I discovered a bug with Firefox and the pen/touchscreen on my lenovo X1 tablet.

Using the touchscreen, move the map, map works as it should. Can pinch to zoom, ect.

Switch to the pen, map works with pen.

Touch the screen again and Google maps doesn't respond to touchscreen anymore, only the pen, and refresh does not fix it. I have to close and re-open maps in a new tab.

In chrome, this does not happen. Only in Firefox.
