I was told by support rep Ed to resubmit this.

Firefox is broken. Submit buttons are not working, & recaptcha doesn't work on some sites. All is well with other browsers.

HELP!

All of a sudden, my extensions icons, site icons and some images in every page are very very dark or pitch black. I haven't change anything in themes other than changing the theme of the browser after installing it.

In the attached images, you can see how the Mozilla site icon is rendered by Firefox Stable, Firefox Nightly in Recovery Mode without my account being signed in and Google Chrome. The other screenshot is the extension toolbar with extension icons being rendered all black instead of their true color.

Recently I have been getting this message and being blocked out of sign in ability at some sites after the last update. Error: Google reCAPTCHA verification failed, please try again later

How do I get rid of this? Please be specific.

I tried to download something from this website https://www.maxon.net/en/article/stamp-your-footage-onto-any-3d-solid?srsltid=AfmBOoqo9m0rrsDYUvZzXpyTs1uLPotn8tBr03C5c9iLl7mydQIP3AVM and told Firefox to save it to my dropbox desktop app. Some weird warning popped up about the fire path being invalid or something like that. So now when I go back and tryto choose a different download location, it wont download at all. I definitely remember having this same exact issue months ago and don't remember the solution. please help

Mozilla foxfire has been my go to web browser for many years but recent problems that have developed with printing from the web browser is forcing me to go to another browser.

As you will notice from the screen print when printing the browser creates open space to the bottom from the first two lines. that is no matter what is being printed.

If I want to edit a URL or type one in or just use the address bar as a search bar, the field converts to a light blue highlight as soon as I click on it. I am no longer able to see what I am typing or to check what is there. No type shows up at all, even if I highlight it, though I know it is there.

The first screenshot shows what I see as soon as I click on that field. Before clicking, I will see the URL.

The second screenshot shows what happens when I try this on a new page without a URL already in the bar. After a few characters, what I'm typing appears in a little popup right below the address bar. I assume this is normal. But if I want to see or revise a URL, I am not able to see it in order to do so.

I can’t figure out how to fix this! Any ideas?

ATT/Yahoo is my homepage. When reading an article on the ATT(Currently)/Yahoo homepage, there is a comments section at the end of each article. When trying to access the comments section, it disappears when clicked on. On other homepages (MSN, eg), it works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

To whom it may concern, My firefox on a Mac running 14.7.1 crashes on every site that I try to access. It goes to the below image that states "gah, etc". I have sent in mutliple crash reports and followed the troubleshooting on the forums. Steps followed so far -Restarted Firefox -Restarted Mac - Cleared Cache and temporary files -Cleared startup cache -disabled extensions -refreshed firefox -upgraded Mac OS

My next option seems to be to uninstall the programs and reinstall it, but I am worried about losing all saved information including passwords, bookmarks, etc. I cannot even access mozilla's site nor the ability to turn sync on.

Hi - have been having an issue since 128 where I can't select items in certain menus in Firefox with the mouse. Each time I open Firefox, it works once. Subsequently, the focus in the menu is completely off from where I put my mouse, and I can't click anything. (I would upload a video, but there doesn't seem to be a way). An example of the behavior is: -hamburger menu open. Mouse is on 'Translate page', but focus is on 'save page as'.

• This happens with both the trackpad and the mouse.
• I don't experience this issue with other applications.
• I can navigate some of the menu options with the keyboard. For example, in the Bookmark menu I can select Save, but not Remove bookmark.
• I don't have any issue with the main nav bar (File, Edit, etc)

This applies to for example: Save bookmarks (cmd+d), Hamburger Menu, Update reminders, and the new Translation dialog (have attached screenshots of some affected items). I can't inspect them to see if they are all the same component that is causing the issue, because they disappear if you choose Inspect. (I'm unable to see a "Disable popup autohide" setting in my meatball menu, as described here). I also tried the steps listed [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../957538] here. Things I have tried:

• resetting PRAM/SMC just in case it's my machine
• disabling hardware acceleration
• starting in safe mode
• refreshing Firefox
• updating to the latest version (thrice)

I have not noticed this before upgrading my Mac to Sequoia 15.0, using latest Firefox browser update, but "printing to PDF" which I used in the past extensively, makes a PDF file that causes the letters to be one ASCII number off. So if I type into the "search" field "p", then all the "o's" are highlighted. I can only enter a search term if I usean "ASCII number +1" technique, so I can search for "get" by typing in "fds". Numbers are searched for as in the past. This is not happening if I make a PDF using my Safari browser, all the PDF words are correct and searchable as in the past. Anyone have insights as to why this might be occurring? I will try restarting in "safe" mode and re-downloading Firefox as is suggested in some of the articles here. Thanks!

what is the largest file size i can download with Firefox.

I am using Ubuntu 22.4 LTS and want to download 123GB Zip file from Microsoft One drive. After downloading 100GB it stuck and stops downloading at 100GB. How can i download it. 

Previous year i switched from windows 10 pro to Ubuntu. At that time i have my college mail account where i compressed all my data and uploaded it. Now i want to download that zip file.

I sync between both my phone and my pc, my phone is constantly up to date on my tab syncing however my pc is constantly lagging behind by a couple of weeks.

Steps taken: exited and reopened firefox clicked Sync Now button on the pc in both the sidebar and in the sync settings logged out of and back into my firefox account on my pc

I research a lot of topics and admittedly have tons of bookmarks in tons of folders. I've used Firefox probably for ten years.

I can save new bookmarks on my desktop PC, but about a week ago, it's gotten harder and harder to save on my Macbook. I've cleared the cache many times, turned off all extensions. Shut down Firefox then reloaded it, and shut down my Macbook, which is the only time I'm able to save any bookmarks.. then it reverts back to not being able to save any.

What's going on, and how do I fix it?

when trying to access our online banking with servus credit union it blocks access yet we can access it using firefox on our laptop or our phones this has been going on for about a month now and I would like to get it straightened out .

I am 75 years old. I am RETIRED there is NO REASON for an organization to be in CONTROL of ANYTHING on my computer. How do I STOP THIS?

I don't know if this is related or not, but Something is BLOCKING my ability to use check boxes or circles. Sometimes I can see the box but my response is NOT VISIBLE. Tonight I was trying to complete a survey and the questions were visible but I was COMPLETELY UNABLE to see the answer boxes/circles. Sometimes they would be briefly visible when the page initially opened but QUICKLY DISAPPEARED and were NOT identifiable by manipulating my cursor using mouse, space bar, or tab bar.

I have stayed with Firefox as my default browser for several DECADES and PREFER NOT to change now. BUT this MUST STOP!

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with Firefox and could use some help. When I use the Babbel application (and sometimes other websites), the page doesn't display at all. Even when I refresh, nothing changes. However, when I open the same link in Google Chrome, it works perfectly.

I tried logging in with a brand-new Firefox account, and the page displays without any issues. So, I suspect that one of my extensions might be causing this problem on my main account.

However, I don't want to delete my cookies because it's really inconvenient to re-enter the passwords for websites I use frequently.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can identify the extension or setting that might be causing the issue without having to delete my cookies?
