захожу в свой ак, но ни закладок ни паролей нет, год назад синк работал, все перенеслось, даже если и отключил синк, то должно же хотя бы годичной давности все перенестить

I am not able to access my emails in Yahoo Mail. Can't even send emails. Tried accessing Yahoo Mail using Chrome and did not encounter any accessibility problems.

Today (06/12/2025) upon opening a new tab, Firefox slid the new option of uploading a custom picture to apply to the background. Tried the new feature, now I can not find the setting that allows me to change the picture. I read the thread "Customize your wallpapers". The instructions are as follows; You can personalize your Firefox New Tab page by adding one of the available wallpapers. Follow these steps:

  1. In the right corner of the New Tab page, click the gear IG settings icon.
  2. In the customization panel, under the Wallpapers section, you will see different categories like Solid colors, Abstract and Photographs.

       Click the category you prefer. For example, selecting Abstract will show a variety of abstract designs. 

The problem I have is the customization panel is no where to be seen, I have click on EVERYTHING possible, it is not in my settings, why? How do find this?

I have one particular tab group that stores a lot of tabs that I keep collapsed when not using them, because otherwise they clog up my tab bar. But with the new collapsed tab group preview, when I scroll along my tabs my screen will randomly flash with a full page of tabs, as there is no delay on the preview. I don't think this feature was designed with dozens of tabs with long titles in mind. The ability to have a delay on the hover effect, or preferably to disable it all together, would be much much much appreciated.

I was experiencing that one bug that locks the sidebar from opening on hover (even with the option enabled) and I was somehow able to change the size of the sidebar while trying to get it to start working again (IDK why I didn't just close and reopen my browser because I know that fixes that) and now my open on hover sidebar is the biggest it can go and it is genuinely unusable. I can't change the size of it while it's on the open on hover option, but changing it back to the fixed/static sidebar and then editing the size does not carry over when I re-enable the open on hover option. Objectively, this is really dumb and kind of hilarious. I know I am dumb for this.

Since a month or so, Firefox browser freezes when playing youtube videos. Simply closing the app and restarting won't do the trick, I am forced to open the WIN Task Manager and manually "end task" before I can watch youtube videos again ... until an hour later, or lucky a day later, the same drama unfolds. I run the newest version of each, Firefox and Windows 11. No new extensions or plugins have been added recently. What is to do here? I'm since Netscape on this route and would hate to switch to another browser... :-) Thanks in advance!

I lost the ability to browse using multiple tabs. I have to open multiple windows because the browser automatically goes directly to the site rather than a new tab. I've used firefox for YEARS. Must I change browsers to have this feature?

Hello there, today was released a new version of firefox. downloading it not only crashed my computer, it also removed all my history and bookmarks. is there any way to revert this?

My browser has been hacked by searchingswift.com, I've read all the article's I can find on getting rid of it with no luck. I've completely uninstalled everything including the mistake that brought it in (Coverseen miss pick file), but no luck.

Using the certificate manager, add exception does not work too, it just refuses to store the certificate. But at least THERE I can VIEW the certificate, which proves it is valid and FIREFOX is at fault:

Yet Firefox does not even give me the "Continue anyway" possibility. This it tiering, I hate using google chrome based browsers, but of course, it works there. I've been trying to open Google Docs on Firefox Desktop for a few hours and none of my troubleshooting has worked thus far. I've cleared my browser history and cache, have updated Firefox, disabled all browser extensions one by one, updated my proxy settings, changed my TLS preferences, and even added Google Docs to my trusted sites list on my computer itself; none of this has worked. I've been able to open Google Docs on Google Chrome, so I know that it isn't a problem on Google's end. If there are any other possible solutions, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can Firefox do anything to recover all of the downloads I'd saved until I accidentally had CCleaner erase everything? I don't know what else was deleted, but getting them back would be a big help.

Enter (paste) the URL into the Firefox address bar → hit Enter (paste and go) → open in a new tab every time. I want this to open in the same tab. Firefox version 145.0

When I logged in this morning my bookmarks toolbar was gone, along with the favorite start. I have googled and followed support articles and the only thing I was able to do is get the menu bar to show along with the the bookmark menu but customizing the toolbar.
