While using Facebook, I changed some Meta setting to block ads, then unblocked it. After this, Firefox does not show any Facebook info. Switching to Edge, everything shows as normal. Can't see any setting on the Firefox settings page that controls this.

Picture Verification is not working in Firefox. It works correctly in Chrome. When trying to access prosper.com, it continues to send a link to check pictures. When clicking on the correct pictures, it comes back a repeats another picture.

Hello. I frequently shop at particular store and have never had a problem.

Now, it's off and on. One order will go through with the help of their customer service (doing a direct purchase). Then a few weeks later I don't have a problem and can order without assistance. Now, once again, I can't purchase anything. Once my credit card goes through my address disappears. Then I add my address again and then my credit card is deleted. When my address or my credit card is deleted the order has in bold red letters telling me to add it again. I've tried Chrome after Firefox had issues but it had an issue too.

Is there something I can disable while I shop? I'm not having any problems with any other sites. Thank you!

After the latest Firefox update, I could run YouTube without problems for several weeks. Now YouTube will not run. How do I fix this issue? I suspect it is due to an adblocker but not sure!!

I am unable to get access to my Gmail accounts. Every time I select a bookmark link to Google email I get server time out error pages. I have looked at Windows 10(64) Firewall settings and I do not find anything blocking Firefox from accessing the internet(Inbound or Outbound Rules) are set to allow. NordVPN is not set to block any program or connection. I have never seen anything block access to Google.com or any related pages within Google. HELP Please!

All of a sudden for the past few weeks or so, I keep getting the message in the attached screenshot when entering words in the search bar and clicking on Google. This never happened before in all the years I've been doing this, so what's up with it and can it be fixed? Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for taking your time to help me with an internet page problem. The pages load but when using the cursor to select an option, I must reload the page using the circle with an arrow icon almost every time. Never happened before and it's annoying. Hello! Today, suddenly, a video player disappeared on the Twitch streaming service (see screenshot), but the stream sound is playing. I tried clearing Firefox data and later reinstalled the browser completely - didn't fix the problem. I installed two versions (115.17.0esr and 115.23.1esr) because I thought the problem was an update. Both versions of the browser have a problem. In another browser, this problem is missing, Twitch is working! Operating system Windows 7 Pro SP1. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Hello all, I have the same exact problem described in post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1463436, dated 9 December 2024. Until ten days ago (more or less) all was working correctly. At the beginning I thought there was a problem with Intesa because Intesa had problems in all the country in that period, but I have now tried CHROME and found that is working correctly. My system uses Firefox 139.0.1, W10-32 and Iliad FTTH. I have already cleaned cache and data from settings but the problem remains. Any thought? Thanks very much for any help. Mario.

My YouTube page wont complete its opening/loading process. This just started today and has never happened before. I've tried "reloading" it several times but to no avail. I see I can open YouTube properly using the Microsoft Edge browser, but Firefox is getting stuck in the opening/loading process. I even tried "restarting my Desktop PC (that I use for this everyday). It did not help.

I just wanted to both report the issues and double check with anyone else potentially experiencing the issue.

Problem: On high refresh rate monitors (mine is 240hz) I begin to see issues when scrolling and viewing videos. It's not necessarily screen tearing (I think) but it's especially prominent on YouTube where elements of the video appear across the whole screen in flashes as the video is playing. I've moved the browser to other monitors that are 60hz and the flashing disappeared. I even tried on incognito mode and it still appears. I've restarted the browser and even my computer but the issue persist. I've even tried other browsers but the issues is only on Firefox.

suddenly my work account at https://outlook.live.com is a completely white screen.

access to other instances of this account (Onedrive, filesharing etc) are fine. Email account works on phone, so no problem with log-in
