Can I permanently turn off InformationUpdate available' which appears each time I open Firefox. I must click Dismiss to close it. The problem is that after each update, many services to which I log every day, state that I am logging from a new device and I must complete a time consuming procedure of adding a new device in many places. And I don’t need most of the updates.

So I started using Firefox on my older and newer laptops, but I've noticed that on my older laptop it has started giving me the message "You must log in to this network before you can access the internet", although I am already signed in on my Mozilla account there too. My newer laptop has had no issues for the record. Both systems are running windows 11, both have the same account that I am using, etc. If it makes any difference, my older laptop is using an ethernet cable whilst the newer one is connected via Wi-Fi. When I ran into this issue yesterday on my old laptop, the issue somehow resolved itself after I created a bugzilla account, although I am unsure if this was coicidence, so now I am confused why the issue has showed up again. These are technically two separate issues, but both pertain to functionality of the mouse and keyboard. Whenever I right click to bring up the menu, the options (despite being functional) do not appear in the menu proper. Instead there are just empty buttons. In addition, certain hotkeys aren't working at all. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to copy paste are doing fine, but Ctrl-T and Ctrl-W to open and close tabs respectively do nothing. Neither of these issues were happening yesterday.

I've received a handful of emails from the Social Security Administration regarding the 2026 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA). Each time I click on the provided sign-in button, Firefox fails to connect. I am attaching a screenshot of the message it gives me instead. Today, on a whim, I tried to sign in using Chrome, and it worked fine. What is wrong with Firefox?

I am using Pop OS. Videos are not playing in firefox. In youtube it shows loading infinitly. In reddit all videos become green. I tried playing a downloaded video it also become green. These are only happening in integrated mode. If I use hybrid graphics mode all works good. I attached the about:support page and about:config page.

Hi all, Has something happened in the past few weeks. Accessing the Shopify editor is now no longer possible on Firefox. Tried the usual, clearing cache, incognito mode, the most updated version of Firefox installed etc. Does work in Chrome. Shopify support are not able to isolate the issue. Any ideas what the issue is? And how to fix it?

i can't get youtube to load on firefox i have updated it all it loads up on competitors chrome,Etc can anyone help I've changed the password twice i get a black screen and 3 lines on the left unclickable and three circles also blank and unclickable i have windows 11

Several times now I've closed firefox while having the open previous windows and tabs on startup on only for all my tabs to have been closed (with this time in particular being annoying due to losing tabs that I needed to have the specific link for). Is there any way to restore tabs lost in this way?

Hi, I have an account that has all my bookmarks etc... that I do not want to loose. The Firefox account has one email listed and I forgot to add a secondary before my old email was disabled. When I try to add now Firefox send a code to my old email which I have no access to. The extension of the email has been changed to @gmail.com vs the old email was "@shaw.ca" (company got brought out & not exist anymore). thanks for your help Regards, Melinda

Hello, Until the weekend, my firefox home screen has a row or bar across the top that had File - Edit - View - Bookmarks - Tools - etc. (see 'firefox' image attached) Now that row is gone (see second screenshot) Can someone tell me how to get it back please? I tried searching for this but, as I have no idea what this row is called, I came up blank. Thanks Chris

I've searched other forums and I am not having any luck. If I open 1 Firefox browser then 10-15 open instances will show up under Task Manager. They load automatically. This slows down everything and I have to delete the excess browsers. Would you please offer some advice? Thank you in advance.

For the past few days to a week Firefox has failed to load some websites such as Amazon or Login.gov. I tried accessing the same sites using Edge and it worked fine. So it is not a problem with the sites. I do not believe I have changed my settings, although there is a new version of AdGuard which may have something to do with it. I believe the problem started with the update of Firefox on Nov 18, however. I am using Duck Duck Go, but have the same problem using Google as my default search engine. I do notice that I have a message in settings saying my browser is being managed by my organization and showing this : ImportEnterpriseRoots. I am an individual user, so am not sure what that means or if it is related. In any case, I need help figuring out how to fix this. I do not want to use Edge but may have to if I cannot get this fixed.
