I am always receiving this error when I visit Lowes.com.

I have tried for several days to download Firefox to my new Lenovo 64 bit windows 11 laptop with no success. I get a message Install not completed because VCRuntime 140.dll can't be found.

I have tried installing both 32 and 64 bit direct to the correct folders but Firefox still can't find them.

Also when uninstalling Firefox it does not complete unless I reboot first, when doing so it shows Firefox as preventing the reboot unless I ignore it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Before update, I could preview PDF directly without downloading it locally, now after update I need to download it first then it opens the downloaded file, any way to change this??

None of the menu buttons work at the top of yahoo mail in firefox when an e-mail is open, I am able to use these in Microsoft Edge. Until the last update of firefox they worked so something broke in the latest release 103.0.1 is my guess. I restarted without extensions and still broken.

I have two Surface computers, old one is Pro 3 with Windows 10 and new one is Pro 8 with Windows 11. I'm having a problem with the Pro 8. Example: When browse using Foxfire and DuckDuckGo (default) and visit a web site such as news and then after a while take a break for an hour. If I leave the browser on a news web site and return an hour later I can see the last web page I visited. But when I type in a new search I get the message that the computer and/or browser has lost connection with the Internet and the suggestion "try again". At that point I can no longer browse anywhere on the Internet. The only fix is to restart the compute and type in a new search on the Foxfire/DuckDuckGo. Using Foxfire and DuckDuckGo with my Pro 3, the same problem does not exist.

Since the problem I'm having seems specific to the new computer I"m wondering if there is a setting I need to change. Or maybe there is a compatibility issue between FoxFire/DuckDuckGo and Windows 11/Surface Pro 8? Yes, I can always fix my problem temporarily by restarting the computer but it means taking the extra time frequently.

Appreciate any suggestions on how to eliminate this problem. Thank you, Bakerrrr

After the latest update, Firefox loaded huge. It does not fit screen on Windows 11. I have not made any changes that would cause it to load so big. The actual pages are ok, it is the part with the toolbars that is huge, so if I click on something on a toolbar, I can't get to the bottom because it is so big. I've tried changing the view, etc. with no luck. I've cleared my cache and reinstalled it 3 times. No luck getting it back to what it was before the last update. Please help.

For years I am able to click on different emails and view my messages. But suddenly the one email (see screen shot) is not syncing. I don't know if this is a Firefox issue or AT&T. I have tried everything I know but the problem persists. AT&T tells me I should not be able to see multiple email addresses but I have been doing it for years. Does anyone has a solution to this problem? I am using the latest app from Currently,AT&T/Yahoo!+. AT&T just does not care about this. If you can reach them, they can't help. It is driving me crazy.

This last upgrade on Aug 1st has completely screwed up my browser. My zoom is now insane, requiring shrinks that ruin boxes and other web objects. Half of my menu is gone. Never seen a worse browser disaster. How do I reverse this upgrade? Thanks for your time.

I have always used Firefox to login to my rogers.ca account and all other accounts. Since a few months ago (not sure exactly when) I can NO LONGER log in to Rogers and have to use my Edge Browser. I have tried to install fire fox over 5 times, it will not fully import bookmark html file. Can I copy and paste the file to the fire fox folder? The Microsoft edge browser took the bookmark file with no problems, I want to go back to fire fox. I am running a new windows 11 pro intel based i9 system.

I don't know how but it seems I lost all my account related data. I connected my account to my new computer but I don't have anything: no history, no apps, no password. Is there anything i can do? I have the hard disk of the old computer, can I restore the data from it?
