So my friend uses firefox (not signed it) & called me over to ask where it's tab groups went. I come over to look & they're just gone. I look to see if I can save new ones, can't, so I update firefox to see if the issue is that perhaps. It brings the ability back, but the previously saved & closed tab groups are still gone. Going to the previous/default(?) profile thing didn't work, so we're not sure what to do. Still looking to see if I can salvage them from history or just find them but Twitter & Tumblr can be hell to look through, especially twitter.

Also I don't know what topic this would fall under, so the topic thingy may be incorrect.

I'm proud to have been a Firefox user for over 20 years, and I've always managed to overcome any obstacles I've encountered.

My only request is that you allow the built-in browser VPN to be activated on desktop computers in Egypt.

I'm now making Firefox my default browser because Safaari keeps crashing immediately after opening. That means I can't get into Safari to initiate importing my passwords into Firefox. How can I import them directly from within Firefox ?

I have vertical tabs turned on. Say i want to watch a movie, i press F11 or fullscreen to open it fullscreen. It makes the whole page fullscreen, but the vertical tabs remain still on the left. I want that fixed so that vertical tabs are hidden when its fullscreen.

Create custom DNS providers list to "DNS over HTTPS" "Choose provider" menu (Settings > Privacy & Security - DNS over HTTPS) This can be applied to any Mozilla based browser.

1. Write about:config in url-bar and press [Enter].

2. In the "Search preference name" box Find the "doh-rollout.provider-list" value.

2.a. Create it if not exist by choosing: "String" value and press "+" (add). 2.b. On the right side of the value, Write the '*one string code'. - (if a code already exist, select all code [Ctrl+A] & copy [Ctrl+C] and paste [Ctrl+V] in a notepad and Save it so to keep backup with the previous setting.)

i clicke on Facebook i clicked on any website or app and it keeps satying before it loads that firefox is running why is it doing this so now i can not use firefox

I was reinstalling my windows and created a backup from my old firefox into my usb drive. My backup failed and coudn't be restored, I'm confident that I use the correct password, tried to copy the file from usb drive into my laptop and select it from there but the result is the same, if you guys would be so kind as to guide me on how to restore my backup, since my password and everything is in there. I didn't create another backup since I believe that this one would succeed. Thank you in advance.e

How to minimize the topmost bar in Firefox?

By "topmost bar", I mean the bar containing, from left to right:

- Any open tabs - "+" (Open a new tab) - Down arrowhead (like a "V") - Empty space - Minus sign - Sign for 2 pages - "X"

The height of this bar is 2 cm !!

Yesterday I was on Facebook when a dialog box popped up saying a picture of me had been posted and did I want to see the photo or dismiss. Clicked on dismiss which then sent me to a screen saying Apple had locked my account and I needed to contact Apple. Gave an 800 number not listed on Apple so I was not calling. The only way I could out message was to delete Firefox from my computer. When I restarted my computer and redownloaded Firefox I was taken back to the message saying my Facebook has been blocked. Is it possible Firefox has been hacked or is the problem on my computer. I have since moved to a different browser, and but would prefer to be able to go back to Firefox. Please help.
