Starting about three weeks ago I began receiving the following message when trying to access the above website: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kohls.com/" on this server.

Note that the site listed in the error message does not contain the S in https. I manually typed the address with the S and received the same message. I found your correspondence with aprilbrown77 on 8/15/23 and tried all the solutions suggested with no success. I believe Kohls change something on their website 3 weeks ago. My operating system is Windows 7 - 32bit and my Firefox version is 115.33.0esr. I have contacted others using Windows 7 and they all have the same problem. Please update Firefox to resolve the Kohls website issue for the millions of us using Windows 7. Thanks.

Up to a few days ago I was able to see "View all memories" from One Drive in Firefox. Not anymore.

I am subscribed to One Drive. Every few days I get an email from One Drive with the past memories from the day of the email. I will open the emails and click on "View all memories" then it would take me to the One Drive and I would be able to see those pictures individually. For a few days now I have not been able to do this on Firefox anymore. The website goes to gray like it is trying to download the pictures but it gets stuck there.

This is happening both on my desktop with Windows 7 and my laptop with Window 11. Everything works in the Microsoft Edge browser. I can see all the images individually from that day.

I have communicated this problem to Microsoft One Drive and it seems to be a browser problem. Is there any way that this problem can be solved in the Firefox browser?

So Outlook is refusing to let me right click and past again. I thought i solved this problem a few years ago by setting dom.events.asyncClipboard.clipboardItem dom.events.asyncClipboard.readText dom.events.testing.asyncClipboard to True in about:config. And sure enough those settings are still set to True so why is Outlook now telling me it can't access my clipboard again?

FF 115.27.0 esr Desktop Win 7 Pro 64 bit. I regularly use a web site where the drop down box and other link do not work. https://nypost.com/us-news/. Nothing happens when click on the "Section" drop down at top of page. When get to the bottom of the page and click "See more stories" nothing happens. The web site works fine if I use Chrome on this pc and when I use FF on my Win 10 pc. I have tried disabling add-ons, start FF in Troubleshoot mode, refreshing FF, and disabling Tracking Protection. About the only thing I have done is remove FF and re-install. Any ideas?

I 'might' be missing a detail but there is no 'X,' in the top right corner, when viewing Google Reviews.

Clearing cookies, closing and reopening the browser, and rebooting the PC are not successful.

I visit the nbcnews.com web site frequently. For the past +/- 48 hours, I have been having issues. I can open the home page and scroll from top to bottom just fine. However when I now double-clcik to open a specific article, that article page opens for about one second and is then immediately replaced with a page that says "Something Went Wrong. Access to NBC News is temporarily unavailable. The problem will be resolved as soon as possible." This happens on whatever article I select. It also happens on 2 separate computers.

I e-mailed support at NBC News. Their response was "we cannot duplicate this behavior." They suggested I try another browser. I do not use anything other than Firefox, but I found an old installed copy of Internet Explorer from... 2015. IE opened the NBC News main page and all of the sub-pages just fine.

My Firefox just updated to version 115.30.0esr X64 within the past several days. I am not certain if the NBC News issue happened as a result of that update or not. Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties with this web site or as a result of this latest update?

for some reason my youtube tv claims it needs to be updated so can not watch tv in settings it claims to be the latest version 115.29 but google claims it is 144.01 so have no clue how to update if that is why I can not watch tv trying to ask mozilla is pointless with there b/s excuses which is part of firefox

Dear colleagues, please tell me what could be the reason why the Google AI Studio is not displaying correctly. The buttons are invisible, the fonts are stretched, and it's generally impossible to work (see the attached screenshot). Please refrain from giving advice like "update Windows to a newer version," as this is an old computer (its motherboard was manufactured in 2007), but it still opens most websites fine. I don't currently have access to a newer computer with Windows 10.

Hi, since some weeks I'm unable to access some websites with Firefox, cause I get 403 errors, for instance https://www.bexley.fr/. It works well with Chrome on the same computer+same OS, or with a newer version of Firefox on W10 (same computer, dual boot), but with my W7 and Firefox 115.35.1esr I can't access them because of that error. Any idea how I could fix that ? All my computers on W7 and the same version of Firefox are concerned. Thank you.

Still getting this error after page refresh on O'Reilley Auto Parts and a few other sites when searching. (I don't get this error when on O'Reilley com home page, but ONLY when searching for a part on O'Reilley and ONLY with Firefox on my desktop. This started just a few months ago. All ad blocks and U Block Origin are disabled). I don't get this error with Google Chrome on this Windows 7 PC or on my Android phone. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

-ebay search results' thumbnails are small (about 1/4 regular size) -i cleared cache in settings and ff-profile-cache folder, flushed dns, used private mode, and used different ms accounts. no success, -issue happened in earlier ff version , upgrading to latest 115.33esr did not fix it. --issue not in chrome

I can no longer the the "Fry's digital coupons". When I go online to Fry's and click on "Fry's digital coupons" it always says that "there are no coupons available, try again later". When I keep retrying it then says "you are not authorized to on this page." And the Fry's customer service always says it's my browser contact that is the problem.

Can you help me?

certain sites ( like FedEx tracking ) say that I can't visit because my browser needs an update. but I checked and Mozilla says that I AM up to date . last update April 28 What can I do to fix this?

I haven't been able to stream videos from the MS NOW website for the last 2 weeks. It has worked great for years. And it's only the MS NOW site, all other websites will play videos. I've tried tips from the web for 5 hours. Nothing worked. I've contacted MS NOW help, and they recommend a different web browser, but I'm happy with Firefox that I've been using for the past 12 years. Lately when following links from google searches to some sites I get a "can't find" or "access not allowed". These sites tend to be hardware stores - specifically Home Depot or Lowes and some times Walmart. It is NOT my OS!! Because I copy the URL and paste it into Chrome and it works just fine.

Obviously switching to Chrome would solve this issue - but I've used Firefox for years and prefer to stick with it.

What's changing out there that is causing these incompatibilities?

I am taking a course on Coursera, and while the video lessons are viewable on my W10 box running Firefox 142.0.1 (64-bit), on my W7 box running Firefox 115.27.0esr (64-bit) the Coursera page, after briefly displaying the lesson's home page, which includes the normal video playback window, reports "This page encountered an error." I have contacted Coursera, to no avail, and now seek advice from you all. I suppose I can not return on my W7 box to the normal Firefox non-esr releases, but was something changed therein of late that would cause this? It all worked well in July, but now won't work at all. Hello! I can't login to my x.com account from Firefox 115.35.2esr on Windows 7 SP1. I'd was stay logged in many years before I accidentally clear my cookies. And now I can't login. It just reloaded input form when I type my login and press "Next"button. I tryed login from Private mode, I tryed to disable all addons. Nothing helped. But I still can login/logout from Firefox 140.10.2 on Windows 11.
