Finally after using a restore point dated Oct.25 I was able to acess the net and download sites again but I can no longer stream video from Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. Hulu and other sites are not affected. Netflix said refreshing firefox would work. It DID NOT. Amazon says the latest version of firefox is needed to restore functionality. That version kills my ability to access the web. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit on an older HP with AdBlocker Plus and HTTPS Everywhere. Any ideas ?

So looking at the at the change logs for v71 I do not see any notes to changes to the Client SSL system. But when we access an internal website that uses Client SSL for login controls. We get an SSL_ERROR_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE_ALERT error.
If we roll back to v70 of fix fox we do not get this error. Was bug missing or am i missing something in the change log.

When viewing native Apple Photos app, I can control the size. But when Photos is called through FF to add a pix, I can't tell a thing.

..but the solutions given there do not help me here I am afraid.
We use Firefox with automatic updates switched on, on 3 systems here - 2 Windows 7 and 1 Windows 10.
Firefox has updated to 71 on all 3 systems.
The Windows 10 installation went without a hitch, but the 2 Windows 7 systems have had problems, although one has resolved itself somehow.
Unfortunately the update on my Windows 7 laptop has not gone well.
Firefox has become unusable on this system since the Firefox 71 update.
Firefox keeps crashing every time that I try to run it, showing a Windows error box stating "Firefox has stopped working and need to close" message, along with the following crash info...

I Cannot open in safe mode - it crashes immediately.
I have tried an uninstall/fresh install - still does not solve the problem.
I therefore have had to revert back to Firefox 70.0.1 to get it working again, and have had to switch off automatic updates until I can solve this problem.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

After a few minutes it will ask for the pass.... and then it will repeat every 10-15mins to ask for the password again.
(This is only some sessions. 1 out of 3 maybe. The rest of the time Master Password works properly, just like before.)

I had 2 Firefox browsers that had a bunch of tabs open. I mistakenly clicked a link in Outlook that opened Firefox for that webpage. I quickly closed it from the toolbar, realizing I might lose all the other tabs, and I did lose them. I had at least 14 in one, 16 in another, and is there any way I can go back and retrieve them? Does Firefox keep any backups of open tabs so I can get to them? I had so many open, there's no way I can remember which ones they were, because I multitask like crazy. Now, I'm afraid to use it at all, just in case the more I do, the more the previous sessions will be lost. YIKES! I just moved, got my computer back up and running, and now this. I could chew my own arm off for this. Can anybody out there help me?

However, since firefox unable to modify keybinds leads to unfixable problem. Pressing Ctrl+R only refresh current page, not opening the history too.
