https://hbr.org will not allow me to sign in using Firefox. It does not recognise my email address if I use the Lost Password option. MS Edge allows me to sign in to https://hbr.org without problems. I have listed hbr.org as Exceptions in tracking protection, cookies, and blocking pop up windows

For some reason when I logged into my mozilla account after switching from windows to pop-os none of the passwords I had synced show up. One of the sites I had saved requires the username and email to reset the password, but I have no idea what the username was.. any thoughts?

Hi, In the last hour FF has stopped working completely. I made the mistake of using Ccleaner, which is probably the problem, I haven't had issues cleaning before, though I usually check the registry before deleting and don't recall seeing any entry for Mozilla (I may be wrong, though).

Firefox was working fine a couple of hours ago, but now it won't open at all, except in admin mode and then it won't open any links or tabs, not even settings. I've uninstalled FF, deleted the folder in the Programs folder, and reinstalled it from scratch, but there is no change (the one difference is that it wouldn't open in Admin after before I reinstalled it). Waterfox doesn't open either, but Thunderbird seems to work with no problems.

I'm using Firefox in a kiosk-mode application, on a Raspberry Pi based system, started from a bash script like this:

However on booting I get a banner from Mozilla along the top of the screen saying: "Firefox automatically sends some data to Mozilla so that we can improve your experience [Choose what I share]"

This is not acceptable in kiosk mode, as it would give users access to the configuration as well as being a visual annoyance. How can we disable this?

My gyazo extension stopped working .. i can not access my gyazo acc with firefox . i been using gyazo with firefox for years.. I was able to log in using chrome. But i like firefox. i have contacted gyazo support and ran threw all the listed trouble shooting steps. This just started in the past few days. Idk if there was a update or windows update or what . i tried everything . Anything you can add would be great.

This is the page i get when i try to log in. "Checking your browser before accessing gyazo.com ... Click here if you are not automatically redirected after 5 seconds." then nothing happens.

A hacker opened an Instagram account using my gmail account ([edited] @gmail.com) and the scam Instagram account (Virgobusch) caused Meta to permanently suspend my Gloria Waslyn and my Parrots For Peace facebook accounts. I understand the Virgobusch Instagram published music without royalties or permission. This was NOT ME. Please restore my Facebook and all Meta accounts that may be impacted. I originally sent a message of appeal when it was taken down and that was nearly 1000 days ago. I have 11 days left to resolve this. Please help. All my data seems to have disappeared. I have no browser history, and all my bookmarks are gone. the only browser history shows when I started looking for the lost data, anything before that is gone. please help

How can a large organization assume that NO PHONE support is an advantage ??? Is wise??? is mirrored by any other large organization in a successful manner? NO other large corp that I know has adopted with Mozilla-head-in-the-sand approach to support? The underlying logic, the underlying assumptions are insane.

Why not just sell Mozilla to someone or some corporation who can provide REAL service??
