When I try to Get Messages, I get this coming up (see attached) and cannot go any further. I don't know if this a scam or safe to click on any of it.

I can send emails but not receive because of this in my Thunderbird. I also have email setup on my mobile phone and can receive and send on that one and received your code number on my mobile phone.

Unable to re-install gmail account in Thunderbird. Error 400 malformed server.

Two gmail accounts could not access the server. deleted one and tried to re install it without success.The accounts and passwords were not in the "saved passwords" in settings. The accounts and passwords for comcast are there and those accounts work fine.

\i seems that following some recent updates now when I open Thunderbird the screen displays the menu displaying "Inbox" AND A MESSAGE AT THE BOTTOM " sending login information" but it just hangs there. I uninstalled TB and re installed it with no difference. TB works fine on my laptop. Same server settings.

Hello, I am on the latest version of Thunderbird on a Windows 11 computer. Previously with a Windows 10 computer I had no problem spell checking e-mails in French. However with a new Windows 11 laptop the French dictionary although installed shows as not loaded on the dashboard and unsurprisingly does not function. I have restarted both Thunderbird and the laptop. No result. Any advice most welcome.

I'm losing a school email account due to graduation. TB is set up to sync, so an email deleted remotely also is deleted on my PC. How do I stop that, or at least copy the emails I have? Thank you.

I have Thunderbird version 149.0.1 installed and set up to display the Classic View, showing the Folder pane, Message List Header pane, and the Message pane. I have two accounts - my email account and Local Folders. All my email is routed to the Local Folders for storage on the PC. I have a number of messages in the Local Folders Inbox, and the headers show in the Message List Header pane. This message header is marked as read, and as spam, but I can not do anything with it. I can not change the status (either to unread, or not span), nor can I delete it. The actual message appears to have been deleted - if I select the header, the Message pane is either blank, or displays the message previously selected. If I open the message a new tab, the contents are blank, and if I select View Message Source, that window is empty (blank). I have restarted Thunderbird several, once in Windows safe mode, and that header remains. I can read all the other messages in the Inbox, change their status, or delete them. The attached image shows the shows the message in question as selected.

How do I delete that (@#$I*@%#@$%) message header? Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hi. I have several email accounts & I would like to temporarily disable one of them in my desktop version of Thunderbird email, so that those emails stop coming in. But I don't want to get rid of it entirely. Is there a way, or can you suggest anything, please? I am running an older version of Thunderbird, 115.18.0esr, as there were some things I didn't like about the newer version. Kind regards, Jo

Hello, I am currently using windows 11 with firefox 149.0. Regardless of what website I use (youtube. steam etc), the browser struggles to establish consistent connection to my bluetooth earbuds. It connects for one moment, but then soon the volume goes out and eventually it disconnects. Though it would reconnect soon, the cycle just keeps ongoing. I have experimented with other apps and browsers, as well as multiple bluetooth earbuds of other brands to be sure that it is a firefox issue. I have checked the volume mixer menu to ensure that there is nothing wrong. I have also made sure that my drivers are all up to date with no issue. But the issue still persists.

First, I am technologically illiterate, so my terminology will be imperfect. Until today, there was a second line in my Google browser that listed my favorite sites I visited daily. It was just below the Google Tab line (the very top line). That line is now gone and now I have to look up the web addresses in my bookmark thing off to the right. How can I get that favorite sites line thingy back?

need to export my firefox bookmarks to a cell phone but that option is not listed. Why isn't that option available, I need those bookmarks ON MY CELL PHONE

Hi. I am trying to create a local only thunderbird where I only access locally stored MBOX's. I have added the ImportExport tools but it only shows the option to import EML files and for the life of me I cannot set up a local folder. I also added the Local Folder tool but it didn't seem to do anything.
