None of my saved passwords in my Mozilla account are showing up when I switch laptops and try to logon to various sites. Instead I have to manually enter the passwords for the sites every time even though the sites show that I have saved passwords for that site in my Mozilla account. When I type the password in a old or new site, Mozilla doesn't even ask if I want to save the password anymore.

Before you answer with a cache and cookies response, they have been cleared. Performance on Firefox has been getting worse and worse. Not sure what the end game is to make a once great browser into a dinosaur but mission accomplished. Frames on some sites are pushed all the way over to the side so they are, either difficult, or impossible to read or access. After a shutdown, the amount of time that it takes for a browser window to stop loading is about 12 minutes. This is absurd. I just tried loading some reels this morning and all it does is spin, waiting for the download. I left one up for 30 minutes and it just keeps spinning. I did cut and paste into Chrome, and Opera and they opened immediately. What is going on?

I have twice 'repaired' Firefox, to no avail. After hours of Internet research, I've discovered the nature of the problem: it's called FirefoxCP Isolated Web Content. According to the many forums I've consulted, you're perfectly aware of it. So I don't understand : - why you don't take the trouble to reply to a user with a problem. - and, above all, that you're perfectly aware of the problem and don't do everything in your power to solve it. Hello all! Recently I have run into a problem when using the zen browser on my Fedora laptop that I have been unable to resolve despite my best efforts ... specifically, when I double-click on a web-site I have bookmarked and stored under "Bookmarks Menu" it does not come up unless I manually select a container to open it in. I am using Firefox sync so as to keep zen and firefox in sync in both my laptop and desktop and firefox on my Driod. I have reinstalled zen from scratch, I have signed out fo sync and tested, I have disabled my "Facebook Container" extention, and I have attempted to set a default container for the workspace I am in, but nothing seems to change the problem I am seeing.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can simply click on on bookmarks and see the website without any further clicks [like I used to do up until recently]? Is there any additional info I can give you? Thanks for your time!!! - John C

With update 136.0, FF is requiring us to use a master password. I have one already set so my data is protected. I do not need a master password to open FF, but now I do.

Two things:

1. When I open a link in Firefox, the back button will not work taking me back to the page before.

2. I want to be able to open another page with another page open.

I am on a web page and right click & select "View Page Source" that then opens in a NEW TAB with the source code. Then CTL F and select the string "mp3" to find. This then takes me to a position 142 characters to the right of the actual "mp3" location. Skipping back to actual location the "mp3" now appears as "blank". Very strange!!

Firefox will not longer close without also closing my pinned tabs which pretty much defeats the purpose of pinning tabs for later and makes it much harder to keep track of things. I didn't notice the first time and lost my pinned tabs that had been there for months, I immediately put them back but now everytime I try exiting firefox it informs me i'm about to close however many tabs are open + the pinned tabs. Does anyone know how to solve the problem/what might be causing it.

Every time I try to view a pdf file on Firefox I can view the file but in the lower right 1/4 of the screen I get a graphic of a page with shaded areas representing lines with writing on them. There is a type of pen cursor moving along the line.

This happens with different pdfs - from the internet and from my saved files. This doesn't happen on another computer with Firefox.

I've deleted and redownloaded Firefox an number of times, also tried troubleshoot mode - no improvement. Virus scanned, restarted a number of times.

Pdfs work on edge and chrome and reader with no problem.

Whenever I enter picture in picture mode on YouTube it exits full screen. It didn't use to do this but started doing it a few weeks ago and this prevents me from actually being able to use picture in picture properly

I've been experiencing some strange cursor flickering when I have a window on full screen. This only happens on Firefox. Any other app, including other browsers, don't exhibit this behavior.

I've searched around the internet a few times but I haven't been able to find a permanent solution.
