Unable to download TB Setup 146.9.exe My fault, I aborted the download when it was taking so long. Too late realized that was normal. When I try again TB asks for second donation. What should I do?bold text

I need to download Thunderbird version 102.13.1 (for compatibility needs). I had downloaded it, but just got a new computer and need to download again. For some reason, I can't seem to find it now. need help to find it again! :(

I am professional developer and deliver Android rugged devices to professionals. I do not want to log on my personal Google account just to install Firefox via Google play. I am used to install via adb commands the apk packages. Why cannot we find the apk of Firefox easily to download ? thanks

Help! I need a direct download of the current version of Firefox for android. I do not want to get it via Google play store and have to sign in for it there because I do not trust them. Can anyone at Firefox provide me with a direct link please? Thanks guys.

Have used the SeaMonkey suite for my email since Netscape. It seems the latest version SeaMonkey will not work with Apple’s latest OS on my MacBook Air, and is unlikely to be modified to work. So, my plan was to use Thunderbird, but when I Google to see if it (Thunderbird) is compatible I get an AI generated message that the Thunderbird team is working on a new Apple compliant version. Searching this forum I can find no reference to any Apple compatible version. Anyone with updates on Thunderbird versions that will work on my MacBook Air and the macOS Tahoe Currently happy enough with macOS Sonoma and SeaMonkey, but the nags to upgrade are annoying Thank you for your time Cheers Ralph

I migrated one mac, which was intel based, to another, which is M4. It all went fine. I have the same versions of OS and Thunderbird on each, before the migration. The new machine is a 2025 Mac Studio. The old machine is a 2018 Mac Mini, 6 core Intel Core.15

On the old machine in Thunderbird, under my user, all my files are listed. On the new machine, files are not listed.

I saw a lot of information/suggestions to replace the Profile folder under: USER/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles And I copied it straight over from the old machine, with negative results.

I did notice that under profiles, it continues: m8mojurw.default-esr/Mail/Local Folders/ where there are some other goodies, some of which are "documents".

however, on the new machine, those same files are there, except they are "unix executable files"

I have migrated many times over the years and this hasn't happened.

I have done all of the suggestions I found so far, such as the Profile copy/past, reinstalled Thunderbird from scratch, looked thru comparisons of the Account Settings....

Oh, a couple more things:

If I look under my user and go to "Account settings" then "copies & folders" to looks different on the 2 machines. The old machine has: a check next to "Place a copy in" and under that a dot for "Sent folder on:" and my user name. On the new machine there is: "Place a copy in" and I cannot write into the "sent folder on" space, I can only select Choose and Account -> Local files as if the user doesn't exist (?) Thanks

I'm unsure if doing this will actually help me with a problem that I'm having, but I assume that it can't make it any worse, so my question is "Where can I download an (android) Firefox from?

For my puposes, I have the following requirements.

• My device has the Google play store (app), but I'd prefer to get a version of Firefox from a different location (because I doubt that what I want is in the Google play store). I know that Mozilla has sites that are specifically for hosting links to all of it's Firefoxes, so a link to one of those sub-sites would be ideal.
• The Firefox will need to be an ANDROID Firefox (because my device is an android tablet with an android OS).
• I don't know if Mozilla makes an (android) Firefox that is specifically for arm64-v8a android devices, but if they do, that would be preferred.
• EXTREMELY IMPORTANT = The Firefox will NEED to be able to use plugins. (I know that only some plugins will work in (android) Firefox.)
• I know that installing an (android) Firefox from anywhere except the Google play store (app) will mean that I'll (probably) need to manually visit the linked sub-site & get any updated versions from there. I accept that responsibility.

I am currently using (among other android web browsers) "Firefox beta", which I got from the Google play store a few days ago. I have a few logins (Google, Yahoo, & Facebook) already saved to that Firefox, but with Google, that was a pain in the (GUESS), & I'd prefer to avoid that if possible. Is there a way to "export" my (already installed) android Firefox beta's login information & then import that into a new side loaded (android) Firefox? If so, I'll need a link (or the instructions themselves) for how to do that.

I am trying to install Thunderbird on a computer with windows 10 pro but install gives a message cannot install require a minimum of windows 10 but I do have that. what can I do please. Regards Neil.

Probably my falt, the last version of Thunderbird got instaled on my PC. I do not like it, impossibility to read my message on the side of the screen, impossible to reorganise mails via there date after they reorganised themself throw sender order... So, I would like to go back on my old version, probably 143 or 144 ? Does anybody know how to do it without loosing all my data ? Thanks in advance... Pierre A. Would like to test nightly builds of Firefox - how best to get started?

I am a user of Ubuntu and interested in testing the Firefox Nightly via snapstore.

Any pointers helpful.

Today when I logged onto my MacBook I found that my Thunderbird desktop application is corrupt. When I attempt to open it states "You can’t open the application “Thunderbird” because it may be damaged or incomplete." Screen shots included.

I last used TB with no issues on Oct 27th.

I have over 20 years of TB emails that I do not want to loose.

I have backed up my profiles folders (there are 3) from >Go>Library>Thunderbird>Profiles

My first question is that I thought there were multiple locations of profiles. One for local. But I can only find the above profile.

My second question is how to I go about re-installing? Should I remove the corrupt application first and and then reinstall? What steps should I take?

I am a very long term Thunderbird user with gigabytes of historical emails w/attachments currently running esr 115 on my primary Windows 11 (upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to Windows 11) workstation. I need to migrate to a newer host which also runs Windows 11, so I installed release 144 over the weekend to get prepared for the migration. I know that the basic rule is that the From and To Thunderbird apps must be running the same version, but out of an abundance of caution, I would like to do that at the version of the production system which is on ESR at version 128.5.2. The download page is only offering a 140.something on the esr channel. Is there anyway to get 128.5.2 to accomplish the migration?

this week I changed my Google Password and using Google, I can not access my Mozilla any longer to download it. It will download but when I want to finish it comes up with a screen as if Mozilla is broken. It lies within my Google new password I am sure, but I dont know how to fix it.

I went into Thunderbird on my new PC, donated a few rand and went to "Install Thunderbird on Windows" - I get a Red circle with a red line through the middle with a comment "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix this issue" What do I do now? Please help?

Mozilla has announced that:

Where can we download version 143 to install on older devices (Android 5 to 7) from now on?
