I recently changed laptops because i needed to repair my old laptop. Upon signing into my account on the new computer I come to find out that allllll my passwords, logins… (funda kabanzi)

Now idk where they are, who has them, and how to recover them. PLEASE HELP

It is just that I would like to know what happened here.
I must say that: I use Firefox on an Android tablet where I never change the bookmarks, and on my laptop where I change them very often. Since a month I got the warning that Firefox was not syncing anymore. I was asked to reconnect to sync. This was on my laptop. Being afraid that reconnecting to sync would install the bookmarks from the Tablet on the laptop I disconnected from sync. But this was 2 days ago!!! Can this have caused the bookmarks suddenly disappearing?

Firefox Sync account keeps logging me out
Starting within the past week, Firefox logs me out of Sync whenever I close it (and possibly also randomly when I don't log out). My bookmarks and passwords are still pre… (funda kabanzi)
Starting within the past week, Firefox logs me out of Sync whenever I close it (and possibly also randomly when I don't log out).
My bookmarks and passwords are still present but I can't, for example, send/receive shared pages from other devices. "Send to another device" appears to work but doesn't actually send until I open the menu and "click here to sign in" (or whatever), then it *instantly* signs in.
I've never used a master password, and Privacy options are set to "Remember History". A couple times recently it's suddenly "forgotten" my device name, so my laptop shows up 4 or 5 times on other devices. I only recently was forced to switch to "stupid Windows 10" which is painful with only 2gb RAM, but I assume that's not related...
In "about:sync-log" there are plenty of "error-sync" log files (I'm not sure whether this is normal, or if there should be zero?)

But, if I try to go back to the create account page, it automatically redirects to a page that says "Cannot create account You must meet certain age requirements to create a Firefox Account. " And I can't get back to the actual page.
Is there a way to reset this?

I have had some security issues lately with my home wifi network which started about 2 years ago. Tonight, I wanted to create a Firefox account and it stated that this account was in use already. Although, I never set up a Firefox account before; I was a bit dumbfounded. So, I requested the password reset and the message stated that the "Primary account" needs to do this. So, what can I do to unlink my email address from this other account which I did not set up.

But when I tried to syn on my iphone 8plus, the same account was told not existing and I was told to create a new account. Then I deleted the sync account from Macbook firefow and registered a new one (with the same email address) on my iPhone. Then the syncing on iphone was perfect. But when I tried to sync on my macbook, the same account was told not existing either.
It seems to me that the sync account on Macbook firefox and the sync account(with same email address) on iPhone firefox are in 2 isolated zones. The 2 devices can not see each other with the same sync account of email.
When I bookmark I get multiple copies and cannot delete other than one at a time.

Could you please tell me the app I used to do the authentication and send me a barcode to be scanned to do the 2 step authentication ? I thik this is the most secure way to proceed but i let you find a possible solution for this problem

Dear Technical Team, I am using Mozilla Firefox since last 10 years and I have attached my gmail account for syncing of my bookmarks. Two days before, I reinstall windows and book marks are not automatically syncing as I signed in my attached email. I have gone through all the ways and suggestions available at Firefox forum. Any help would be appreciated even if it is to let me know it is a lost cause. I would make a new account, but the one that's locked uses my main email account.
