OK, the websites URL is: https://www.wunderground.com/wundermap. When I use Firefox all the frames, ads and all the other stuff around the map is displayed just like it is in IE. The only problem is the interactive map. This is the map that will display all the PWSs (Personal Weather Stations), that normal people like me have that are connected to the internet, so that I (or anyone else) can see what the temperature and all other aspects of the current weather is like at that location. There seems to be a problem with it being displayed using Firefox that neither IE or Chrome seem to have (those two browsers display the interactive map with no problems). When you bring up the page in Firefox all you get is a blank blue screen where the interactive map should be. Don't know if the problem i with Firefox or with their website. It seems that the Wundermap company sold out to The Weather Channel about the ame time as your last update (which is when I first noticed the problem. The Weather Channels suggest that I just stop using Firefox and start using IE! That will never happen as I have seen to many problems with vulnerability using IE and will only use Firefox and have been since it's first release long long ago. If you find out it is not a problem with Firefox but their website, maybe you can get a hold of The Weather Channels web people and tell they what they need to do go get it to work with Firefox. I know that in the past there have been several other sites that did not work with Firefox as the site makers were using some web page creator that did not "port" to Firefox (at least that is what I was told by their support dept.) and soon after was fixed to work with Firefox. That is what I suggested to them, but as I stated above, their response was to just quit using Firefox.

Firefox is set for automatic updates. I have no issues with my anti-virus program. After Firefox update 62, all of my user IDs and passwords are gone. I have tried restoring everything via my pc (windows 8.1). I have tried restoring Firefox. The saved passwords and User names are gone. Is there a way to restore them, or do I need to rebuild the list....one at a time?

After synchronizing my firefox account on a ubuntu machine my windows firefox removed my bookmarks from the area near the search bar and now trying to place them from the bookmark sidebar doesn't do anything. Is there a way to fix this?

For the past few days, Firefox has been extremely slow to load pages at startup. The browser itself launches pretty much instantly, but it's taking over six minutes after that just to look up domains. At some point it gets past whatever hiccup is holding things up and browsing works for the rest of the session -- noticeably slower than usual, but usable.

It happens with add-ons disabled, after multiple refreshes, and even after a full reinstall (with new profile). I've played with all the common suspects -- disabling accessibility options, hardware acceleration, IPv6, etc. I closed my pinned tabs and disabled auto-restoring the previous session. I even disabled Avast and MalwareBytes. Nothing has helped so far (which is seriously disappointing, considering the 6-minute restart between each change!)

The odd thing is that there are a few seconds, immediately after startup, where things seem to work normally. If I'm quick, I can sometimes get most of one webpage to load before the problem begins.

I've been a Firefox power user since version 0.6.2 and never encountered anything like this. I'm very comfortable with changing settings, configuration files, etc., and am willing to try just about anything to get things cranking again. But right now I'm simply out of other ideas to try.

Using 61.0.2, 64-bit version on fully-patched Windows 10 on a very fast fiber connection. <edit> I also tried the 32-bit version; no joy. </edit>

my windows7 taskbar: 11+ replicate FF windows w-multiple tabs each is normal use for me. restart FF puts them in new order L to R i can deal with that but would like to be able to restart with these icons staying in the 'same places' because i'm getting old and cranky and forget where i put things more often now.

they're all up there on the taskbar OK but in a different order each time i restart FF. i don't recall locating a Topic similar, or seeing a likely category from Options.

i'm not in a Rush, but have found FF help questions successfully answered in the past. thanks for helping.

Suddenly when i go to the websites of netflix and stackoverflow i only see text. Image of stackoverflow provided. These are the only ones where i've noticed it at least. I searched online forever and i cleared recent history of today (all of the options except offline website data and site preferences), because it worked fine yesterday, but that didn't help.

If i open firefox in safemode, it works fine. If i the pages in chrome it also works fine. No idea what i did to make this suddenly happen. Hopefully you can help me fix this really annoying problem, i refuse to re-install and set things up from scratch, because it should just work and i didn't do anything.

When our solar system was installed nearly six years ago we were given a web address to check production status and more. About 3 months ago we were no longer able to bring up the site. It simply says "problem loading page". I tried other browsers with no success. Ideas?

There is only the remark: "Nur in Firefox - Laden sie Firefox jetz herunter" (Only in firefox - Download firefox now). If I click this Button It´s show: "You have the latest version". My Version is "Quantum 61.0.2 (64Bit)". How it´s possible to install? There is no button "Install"...?????????????

My home page is https://uk.yahoo.com/. I'm running Firefox 61.0.2 (64 bit) on Windows 10 at latest maintenance level. When I start Firefox the home page is displayed with the seach field enabled and I start to type my query and the characters I have types are displayed. Shortly afterwards the search field is cleared so I have to start again. This is very annoying. Microsoft Edge does not exhibit the same behaviour on the same home page.

My preferences page doesn't display any text so it makes changing them very difficult.

I've tried turning off all of my extensions and changing to a default theme, all to no avail.

Normally I display bookmarks in the left side bar. Sometimes if I access a Youtube, the video will come up in that sidebar and I can no longer see the bookmarks there. I have to go to view --> sidebars to have them re-displayed there. If I try another youtube after that, the same thing occurs.

It just started recently though I cannot say exactly when. I do not have any add-ons on the system; there are two plugins used for videoconferencing, and they have been in place long before this began happening.

At the moment with bookmarks in Firefox, when I have only one unique favicon in the bookmarks bar, I don't need accompanying text. However, when I have multiple favicons that are the same, e.g. Github pages, I need a separate text for the Favicon. My setting is for favicons with text. Firefox will not allow me to enter no text and save a bookmark, so in cases where I save a unique favicon, I just fudge it with a pipe "|" character. It would be good if you could save a bookmark without having to enter text, with the favicon + text setting.

Since i have a new pc i tried many times to log in into Firefox (61.0.2 64 bit) but i always get "unexpected error". I also tried to install a older release, refresh firefox and reset me account. Always the same problem.

I use the firefox screenshot feature daily. What I've noticed is that the screenshots are very low quality when I use firefox, while the prtsc button screenshots work as usual. Is there an option to increase the screenshot quality on firefox? I use the latest version, on a new Asus laptop, windows 10. Thank you
