I tried to wipe out the cookies and I wiped out everything that made life easier and made even the easy things like signing in (or really I never had to re sign into my e mail) to my hotmail or gmail? I don't have this problem on my Linux laptop?

I verified it occurs in Private Tab mode too, without extensions. It does not occur in other browsers such as Chrome when I test the same URL. Clearing my cache etc does not fix it.

Every time, but only in the last two days, I try to click through to anything related to American Partisan.org, get a "bad request"error message. I have never had this problem in many years of visiting this site and clicking various linked articles on site. I am still receiving email from this site daily with no problems, but cannot click from the email to the site itself. I am not very computer savvy having grown up using a dial telephone in another millennium. I hope the solution is simple. I have no such problems with the site in question on the same email account on my cell phone. I have no similar problems with any other sites on my computer. Here is the message:
