I've noticed if I have the same label setup on 2 pc's and I label a couple of mails on 1 pc, it doesn't sync with the other one and vice versa. Is there a way to make them sync? Rather annoying.

I need to export many profiles that are connected to my FFX account. these are the profiles found by going to "about:profiles". These do not restore on a new computer after signing in to a ffX account.

I have followed the steps outlined in this support article but it does not work, and I don't think applied to "about:profiles". https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles YouTube videos also do not appear to focus on importing the 'about:profiles'.

If someone knows how to do this, I would be very grateful.

we are using Mozilla Firefox ESR in our enterprise environment.

Is there a documentation which URL's Firefox uses when (Mozilla Maintenance Service) when it tries to update his version ?

We have tried with following URL's on our Firewall:

aus.mozilla.org aus2.mozilla.org aus3.mozilla.org aus4.mozilla.org aus5.mozilla.org download.cdn.mozilla.net archive.mozilla.org ftp.mozilla.org

It is finding the new version, but when trying to download the update it fails.

I had to delete one of my email accounts (verizon.net) and now want to reinstall. When I attempt to add email account, I get a message "incoming server already exists"! The email account is, in fact, gone. Please help.

I would like to download and install the older version of Firefox. This I believe that version is 93 for Mac OS.

Version 102 to is just released (28 June 2022). I do not want to install this new version until it was proven over the next few months.

Please advise how to get the Version 93

I just update Firefox on my Samsung Tablet, and it was a terrible mistake. Not only did it lose all of my bookmarks, but now I can't open separate tabs. Yes, it SAYS it still allows tabs, but be real - if I can just click on it, it's not a 'tab' it's another window. I use tabs precisely because I don't want to spent my valuable time hunting for the window I need.

I tried several ways to downgrade, and none of them worked. Can someone please help me revert to the last version of Firefox that had real tabs, not this stupid 'Tab Tray'? I'm pretty sure the the book marks issue is hopeless, since I have no interest in syncing my computer and my tablet, but an suggestions on that would be welcome too.

Does Firefox save a backup copy of things like address book and archives? It so, where and what are the file names? How do I prevent future updates from removing important data? HELP!

I want to talk with a Thunderbird agent for help. I'm not sure if this is the right way to communicate. Thank you for responding. I finally did get the help I needed when I returned home from travelling. A local business uses Thunderbird on a Mac like me. "Ionos", which hosts my website and web mail that goes to Thunderbird helped me on line to put in changes they require but that did not work for me. And I lost all my email except for the last week. Also mail wasn't coming into Thunderbird. It turns out my Avast had something to do with the muck up. It took 2 hrs. to solve the problem. My husband Uri Cogan passed on last Nov. He set me up with Thunderbird and took care of everything related to my computer. He was a volunteer helping here. Without him I am slowly learning what I can. I am finding out that most people don't really know anything outside their lane and any friend I asked was as clued out as I am.

Hello! I was wondering if you guys could help me get set up on Thunderbird. I'm having some trouble getting logged in with the "Set Up Your Existing Email Address" section. I'm certain I'm typing in the right login info but it says it is "Unable to login at server.

There is a context menu entry that enables message fetching for individual folders and an about:config setting for doing it for all folders. There is some speculation in a different question that this is necessary to avoid overloading servers.

Is this true and still appropriate? How can I as a user tell what I can set this to?

From a UX point of view it would definitely be better to just check all folders for new mail.

Why can I see my e-mail messages and delete them for my djclwebster@saveourchurch.org, but not on my dwebster@saveourchurch.org account or the info@saveourchurch.org Should I "uninstall" Thunderbird to get back the older version or is there a solution for the new update?

The last Firefox upgrade did not bring the Firefox address book with it, all my contacts are lost. How could this happen and why, it stops me from using Firefox for emails and I am lost. Need a fast solution to something that should never happen.

I tried to set up TB email using autocomplete, to load up my existing tiscali email account, but this would not work. So I got the latest IMAP setting from the Talktalk website (Talktalk bought out Tiscali years ago) and entered those manually. I keep getting a message from TB saying that the "incoming server already exists" but the emails just don't load. Also there seems to be an issue with my password, The password works for accessing my tiscali / talktalk webmail but not for setting up this account.

Talktalk are about to switch over their email settings, so the old tiscali settings that i currently access my email with go obsolete from 30/9/22, and yet the new talktalk settings given on Talktalk's website don't seem to work either

I am using a HP pc, running Windows 10.

Any suggestions, please? I wan't to back up my email. I've already contacted Talktalk because their new settings aren't working for me. They are looking into it and had advised me to back up my email. The first stage in this is getting it up and working on TB, then, I hope copying it to a hard drive. At present struggling to set up on TB, never mind the backing up! Please advise what to do.
