suddenly today the mic has stopped working in Chat GPT. I have changed nothing... checked all settings, everything is ok... why does it suddenly say "Enable Mic Access to Dictate"?

Hola, por favor, necesito ayuda con el micrófono. Como pueden ver en la imagen adjunta, cuando intento dictar por voz, aparece que el micrófono está deshabilitado.

He intentado acceder a los ajustes, pero no sé cómo agregar la página de Google Translate (u otra) a los permisos, ya que no encuentro ninguna opción que me permita incluir manualmente una nueva URL para habilitar el micrófono. Tampoco aparece la opción para permitir el uso automático del micrófono.

Además, he notado que ahora hay una nueva ventanita a la izquierda del chat de ChatGPT (¡me gusta mucho esta función!), pero el micrófono tampoco funciona en esa sección.

Agradezco mucho si me pueden orientar para solucionar esto.

I can sign on to zoom but I get a message to say that my Browser is not allowing my microphone or video to be displayed. I have used zoom for a number of years and never had this issue before

Something changed in my Firefox recently.

I used to have all pdf options as Always Ask, which did not impact sites where the pdf is inside a frame inside the webpage.

Changing to open in firefox fixed that issue, but now it opens all pdfs in browser, which I'd rather have the option to save or open in Sumatra as I used to.

Basically I want the option to save / open in my preferred app while not disrupting the sites that have in frame pdfs.

I can load the page and start a connection, but the site I load says my camera and mic are not allowed, and the window (copy attached) refers to a LOCK picture on on the top of the broowser (highlighted). I made sure my antivirus and security are not blocking, and I don't see what is blocking on Mozilla. Iam aware this side is a confluence of several sites from the same enterprise that share cookies, I don't know if that's the problem, I have no objections so I would allow that group-share if it's needed. I just wan to get to that web site that allows and visual/audio session. I once had it with this same PC camera and mic but somebody changed and now I' blocked by the implications of that padlock.

Hello I use Kahunas as an online coaching app. I am trying to make video messages but every time I try there is a pop up saying that permission is denied. I went into the firefox settings under privacy and checked the permission tab. It doesnt show any pages have recently tried to use it and it does nothing when I try and add the web address in the search field.

I use google meet at work. Up until recently, things were working ok. Starting a few weeks ago (there were updates both to MacOS and Firefox), when I was in a meeting, the other side couldn't hear me even though meet said that my microphone wasn't muted. I then switched the meeting to Safari, and had no problems. I also noticed that when the remote party did a presentation, it did not show up when running on Firefox, but switching to Safari it worked. This is clearly a bug (or a miscoordination between Firefox and MacOS). Has anyone else encountered this? I'm running on a M4 MacBook running MacOS 15.3.2 and Firefox 136.0.1

How can I activate my camera during a meeting on microsoft teams? I clicked the upper right camera icon in the teams toolbar during the meeting and it won;t turn on.

Hello everyone! I’m writing to asking for help about an issue with the camera not working on Mozilla Firefox during video calls. When I try to join a Google Meet session, I receive a message asking me to grant camera permissions - even though the permissions are already enabled both in the browser and my computer’s settings.

Interestingly, the camera works perfectly fine on other browsers like Google Chrome, so the issue seems to be specific to Firefox. I’ve already checked the following:

- Camera permissions are all allowed for Google Meet in Firefox; - The system settings (Windows) permit Firefox to access the camera; - No other applications are blocking the camera. I know that 'cause I'm using this camera on WhatsApp and TikTok Live Studio.

Could y'all please help me resolve this? I’d appreciate any troubleshooting steps or fixes you can provide.

PS.: The images are written in portuguese. But it's all how I told you before.
