Im a regular user of Firefox Mobile and also Firefox PC. I'm missing a very important feature in "Firefox Mobile" is Shortcuts are not Coustomizable i can't order them and also shortcut isn't "Synchronized" with Firefox Account which is really frustrating. Became "Vivaldi" & some other browsers have this features!!! I used firefox like 2years but, If i want these features i have to shift from firefox to other browsers, which i don't want to. So Please Solve my problem and make me mozilian forever.

i have pinned shortcuts on mac. they do not sync with with my android. i cannot change any shortcuts on mobile. when removing them other ones pop up. is there any way so both of the devices have the same shortcuts

Version history notes in the AppStore say “you can now add website shortcuts to home screen” as of version 114.0

I am fully updated and do not have this option

How do I add websites to my home screen ?

I've been reusing android firefox again lately and I noticed I would have a bunch of tabs at a time. Then I realized that it was because whenever I would click a shortcut from the search screen it would open the page in a new tab instead of staying on the current tab. Is there a way to change this?

I want to add a shortcut to my Android device's home screen for a specific location within a popular website (github). However Firefox doesn't allow me to do that, as the option to "Add to Home screen" changes to "Install" (i.e. prompting to install it as a web-app).

While the "Install" option also places a shortcut on the home screen, it doesn't allow for a specific URL, rather it just leads to the github login screen instead (just as it would with an "app" you wish to use). I don't want that, I want a shortcut to a specific page within github.

Is there any workaround for this? Can this behavior of "Installing" web-apps be disabled somehow in about:config, so that all websites can just be added as regular shortcuts?

I'm using FF Nightly for Android, btw.
