Hello; Windows 10 & current version of Thunderbird. I am trying to add Messages Filters to filter out spam (getting more and more of that!) but the "OK" button on the add message filter is below the bottom of the screen. The window cannot be raised or resized to make the button visible. Photo below. Moving window does not allow me to raise window above top of screen. Keyboard (Alt-Enter) / Move will not work. Changed windows screen size just makes window larger but button still below bottom of screen.

Non-functional work around. Highlight Message name. Press Shift-Tab TWICE. Press ENTER. UGLY!

One of the recent updates mentioned something about changing the colors for read vs unread emails. Now the contrast between the two states is barely perceptible, whereas before it was fairly clear (at least when using the dark theme; I have checked both themes on the current version and they both suffer). Is there a better forum to provide this feedback?

Hi. I'm using the android app of Thunderbird but, when composing a new mail, or editing a draft, I cannot edit the fonts and the paragraph properties. There's no easy way to write in bold or in underline, or to add a link, or to add a list. Am I missing something? Please help. Thank you.

Some change has been made to the system which has deleted the link to my I Phone, which no longer receives the incoming e-mails. The I Phone has been beenchecked and no changes have been made at that end. What can be done to recover the link? Please help a 90+ user with no technical knowledge . Kind regards Michael Butcher

I recently joined Thunderbird on my mobile. I did this because I could not open my emails through Google as a mesage from Google was obscuring much of the screen. So now I just click on the Thunderbird icon on my mobile and I am into my gmail account. But I can't access my gmail account on my laptop. The obstructive image on my screen is still there. Can you help?

I’ve been using Firefox with a screen reader, and while it works for most basic browsing, I’ve noticed some issues with certain sites. For example, form fields aren’t always announced properly, and sometimes navigation landmarks are skipped. When I test the same pages in Chrome, the experience feels smoother.

I’d like to keep using Firefox, so I’m wondering — is there something I can adjust in my settings to improve screen reader support? Or is this more of a compatibility issue that needs to be reported as a bug?

If others here use screen readers with Firefox, I’d love to know what has worked for you. Are there specific add-ons, preferences, or troubleshooting steps that make accessibility better?

Been using FF on this machine for 5+ years, always printed OK. Desktop Computer, info below is correct. Using FF 142.0.1 (64-bit). Pop Up print window does not appear when clicking on Print Icon in AOL. Checked FF Settings, Pop Up windows are not blocked. Help

When composing a new message in Thunderbird, I must either type the full recipient address or manually select a contact; unlike other email clients, it does not suggest addresses from previous correspondence. This omission is both time-consuming and frustrating. Any ideas how to fix it?

He has been a user of Thunderbird for many years and loved it. Unfortunately, his health has declined and is currently under Hospice care. For several months, he has not used thunderbird and will never be able to use it again. That being said, he continues to receive a charge from Thunderbird monthly in the amount of $21.40. I have tried to figure out how to stop his account for a couple of months with no success. I would appreciate it if someone could help me to stop his account and negate any future charges. I have been using Dashlane Password for a long time. For several weeks it hasn't worked. The program used to ask for my address and master password, but it no longer does. Now it asks for a code number of 6ix digits instead, stating that the number has been sent to my address. However, I never receive the number. My address has never changed and is the first thing it asks for. Then, no code arrives.I have sent many requests, including specifics about the change and lack of access, but have not gotten a reply to any. I think Dashlane died and customer support also did. My 147 passwords, financial information, personal address and SSN are all still there at Dead Dashlane. If they won't answer Mozzilla either at least I tried.

It seems that the last upgrade has broken something with sending emails. With my desktop version, I have no trouble sending and receiving emails. I am using version 142.0 (64-bit) of Thunderbird, and the desktop computer is Windows 10.

I have 2 issues sending emails.

First issue, my Pixel 9 Pro XL does not send emails anymore. It was working fine until recently. The email is stalled in the outbox. I tried reloading the outgoing server settings, I get an error message; see attached error message. My Android receives emails fine, but will not send them. My phone syncs well with my desktop. However, the outbox doesn't sync, so I can't send the stalled emails from the desktop when I'm back in my office.

Second issue is my POS program (Windward Software System 5) stopped sending out emails as well. I worked with the tech department at the software company, and they said it isn't an issue with them, nothing has changed with them, no upgrades or changes on their end. Some of our older machines here, that haven't received the recent upgrade with Thunderbird, are still sending emails fine. Just a couple of computers are having this trouble of not sending emails from out POS software, it's the ones that have received the Thunderbird upgrade. For the outgoing settings, we are using the default port 465, and the connection security is SSL/TLS. Authentication method: is a normal password. I am hoping you have an answer for me. Please don't share the attachment with the community forums. Everything else will be fine.

Hello there I have Thunderbird for Android, version 10.1, and in every folder, all mail, both read and unread, have almost the same appearance. It's not easy to tell which ones in the list are read and which are unread. Is there any setting to turn the unread messages in the folder look highlighted, or more bold, or something different anyway than the rest? Because this way it's very inconvenient, which makes me considering turning back to Outlook. Thanks in advance
