I have been using this wonderful browser since 2012, and it has been my default browser ever since. Recently, I've been facing an issue where I can't upload images, audio files, videos, or any other attachments on WhatsApp Web through this browser. To verify the problem, I tested WhatsApp on a different browser, and everything worked perfectly there.

I would appreciate your advice on how to resolve this issue. Please guide me on what steps I can take to fix the browser and restore normal functionality.

I had to reload firefox after getting xpcom error messages, now i can't work out how to restore my passwords,bookmarks etc from my sync profile that i set up months before.

I recently installed firefox on my Windows 10 laptop, but i cant pin it to the taskbar via right click (this bug wont go away no matter what i do) and also cant open the start menu (also wont go away). I also tried to pin it directly via the exe, but for some reason, it opens another version of firefox, almost as if it was in another acount was logged in (i only have 1 account in firefox).

I play online bridge (Trickster) twice a week and set up Firefox to share video and sound with my USB mic. (Windows 10 desktop, Trickster opened in Firefox). Most of the time it works fine but occasionally the other bridge players will tell me they can no longer hear me. When I click on the mic icon the message is that Firefox is using the mic. The settings still say that the mic is being shared. Sometimes a windows reset will fix the problem but not always. Can you explain what might be happening.

When I first installed firefox a while ago something popped up and I wasn't paying attention to what it was before I clicked it and every since whenever I click share on any website it will not work.

It works in any other browser except for Firefox..

There are audio and video files for which I receive in the console that they can't be decoded. Media resource could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_RANGE_ERR (0x806e0069)

I'm up to date on Windows 10 with version 151.0.1 of Thunderbird. My preference is to discontinue using Windows and move to Linux Mint. The Software Manager in Mint installs and manages Thunderbird updates. I like the idea of Mint managing my software. However, the latest version is 140.11.1esr. Consequently, moving my data from Windows to Mint is not possible. A profile problem is flagged.

I've switched off automatic updates. I'm wondering how long it will take Linux Mint to catch up to v150. One solution is to install v150 independent of the Mint software manager, but I'd rather not do that. I'm wondering if there are any workarounds.

Coming from Chrome for a very long time to firefox I am used to clicking an embedded audio opening a new tab with a "playthrough" feature. When I have tried this with Firefox it automatically downloads or skips this preview capability.

Have been successfully running Thunderbird for many years on Windows 10 on 2 different private computers. Within the last week both computers unable to send and receive messagees. BT E mail account is absolutely fine as can access it via webmail and via Android e mail app on my phone. Login details have not been changed. Have tried updating to 150.1 no joy. When trying to send a message we receive Send Message Error immediately but with no explanation as per attached image.

I added a new mail account and then after a week or so decided to remove it. But after removing it I kept getting a popup nag to enter a password for the removed account.

I have a desktop that is windows 10. I use Mozilla for four email accounts, 3 of my accounts work fine. My problem is with TWC. Emails sent/forward and cant save drafts often fail. When I sign into spectrum webmail, my Mozilla TWC account works again for a while. This started about 2 weeks ago. I'm using version firefox version 151.0.2. I've eliminated Spectrum as being the issue and all my settings are correct. Thoughts?

On my Firefox homepage I had four rows of bookmark shortcuts. I recently decided to switch some of them out but I made a mistake and chose Dismiss. Now my homepage only has three rows of shortcuts even though in the options it still says four and there doesn't seem to be a way to re-add them or bring them back. How do I restore the slots that were dismissed?
