I think the v127.0.2 fix to the Youtube buffering issue also fixed the frames being navigated in the wrong order when using < and > to navigate frame by frame. For several months it would occasionally skip a frame with one tap of the button then show the frame it should've shown when you tapped it again.

This is getting frustrating beyond belief. Buying things online is one the the basic activities anyone does using a browser these days, yet I am increasingly finding myself unable to do so.

It's a particular concern because, like many others, I am disabled and depend on the internet for the delivery of essential goods and services.

This problem for me began a few years ago with the Cashflows payment service that many retailers use. The card details entry page would never load up and consequently no payment could be attempted, nevermind passing through the security checks after this. Earlier this year or so, Firefox updated itself and seemingly fixed the problem.

Today, I again have problems with Firefox and Cashflows-enabled websites. I also have problems with VivaWallet-enabled sites now too, and one other that I presently forget the name of. Possibly also Apple's website, but I'm not too sure about this. Taking the browser right down to base settings with no extensions etc, a fresh clean install even, does nothing to resolve it.

The workaround seems to be use a Chrome-based browser instead, undermining the privacy and security advantages of Firefox, although this doesn't always work in all cases. I also find this less accessible as a disabled user, not that Firefox doesn't still have a long way to go towards accessibility - it certainly does, especially since it dispensed with the Nuance extension for Dragon.

Is Firefox intending to shoot itself in the proverbial foot? Because I don't think it will have much of a future if it can't at least get this bit right, for all the security and privacy advantages it cares to boast about.

It's an infuriating and distressing issue. As I encounter more payment issues, I begin to wonder how much more my world could close in on me. Imagine if all the other browsers started behaving this way too? It's a scary thought.

Please, Firefox, make this issue the priority it deserves to be. You can have all the security and privacy bells you like, but a browser that is otherwise dysfunctional is no good to anyone.

Mission Federal Credit Union account page loads but does not allow account info to load. Mission Federal tech say it is a problem with Firefox. Please fix. same problem through two updates of your software.

Generally the video source either YT or twitch should only play/resume when that tab is in focus. however since the latest update its being doing it even when firefox is not focused and I am working on something else.

I using an ASIS Latop model X756U running the Windows 10 Operating System. Firefox is my default browser.

I installed the Opt-Out Google Analytics Extension on 9 June 2024. The intent was identify which of my applications are using Google Analytics by testing them and seeing which ones were broken.

Having done that I removed the Opt-Out Google Analytics Extension from the Firefox Extension list.

Unfortunately the extension remains active and continues to disrupt my browsing experience.

How do I remove this extension permanently?

Twitch shows error 2000 when I'm trying to watch a video on it. When I watch lives, no ploblems happen. It loads the videos with VPN on. Also other browsers like Edge load videos without VPN.

Every so often while browsing, for several FF versions, now, hover card functionality on some sites will simply stop working, even after a complete browser restart. Eventually the cards come back on their own.

Not a crucial issue, frankly, but an annoying one, and I'd like to know why it keeps happening and what can be done to stop it.

I've recently had a full Windows reformat, and I'm setting my PC back up. I used the Firefox profile to resync my data to the new Firefox install, but I'm encountering a glitch with Youtube where I'm already signed in(Gmail, and all Google-related products work perfectly fine), but it's not capturing that data somehow.

I've attached a screenshot where, on the right you'll see my sign in was successful, but on the left where my user platform should be, it's prompting for a Sign in. Clicking on Sign in only refreshes the page, and I have limited options as to what I can do with my profile if I were to click on my profile picture at the top right corner. Additional screenshots labeled Firefox.jpeg and Chrome.jpeg that shows what I can see on Firefox(glitched) vs what I should be seeing normally (which I used Chrome for this example). As you can see it's severely limited, and none of the options allow me to sign out or change much of my Youtube profile.

Steps I've taken so far: - Reinstalled Firefox - Removed previous profile via profileOLD.ini - Disabled all Extensions - Cleared Cookies - Tried to add Cookies exemption for accounts.google.com and accounts.youtube.com, still a no go - Tested with several Google accounts, same issue - Tested with other browsers including Edge, Chrome, and Opera, I'm able to play Youtube normally.

It worked perfectly well just this morning before my reformat, but when I reinstalled Firefox, and it synced with my Firefox account, it just happened.

After installing Firefox on a new Windows 11 laptop, I've noticed some issues with the scroll bar. If I'm trying to view comments on Medium, for example, I am unable to scroll in the comments window as the main page scroll bar blocks it. I did not have this issue with Firefox on my previous Windows 11 laptop. I've tried changing some settings to see if it makes any difference with no success. I found a previous question regarding a similar issue where someone replied with a suggestion to toggle the "Always show scrollbar" option in the General > Browsing settings, however this option does not exist in my settings.

As seen in the attached screenshot, both scroll bars sometimes appear at the same time. However hovering the mouse over them activates the main windows scrollbar, making it impossible to scroll in the comments window. Trying to scroll the comments window with the keyboard arrow keys also does nothing.

I would really appreciate some advice on how I can fix this!

Hi having a problem with viewing my web site images on any products where the images lay out DO NOT display correctly , and place themselves one below the other as opposed to side by side.

This means that we have to scroll for a long while to be able to get to the descriptions

We have tried to many things, but no luck

Hi. I just hoped on my computer and firefox seems to not want to load any site. Somehow this support page is the only thing that seems to be working. My other browsers such as Chrome is working perfectly fine, I'm able to search whatever & watch videos no problem so it does not appear to be a wifi issue...

Everything I search on firefox leads to a blank page that doesn't appear to be loading no matter how long I leave it for. The menu button in firefox does not work either

I've tried: - Restarting the computer several times - Turning off Anti-Virus - Clearing cookies & data

Upgraded to version 127.01 and can not use it to log into some important (to me) websites. I can use Microsoft Edge without problems. Tried disabling VPN, clearing cache, rebooting, etc. without resolution. Similar problem in the past that somehow resolved spontaneously after several days (not sure why).

I'm a long-time Firefox user (I probably came here straight from Netscape!) but lately, I'm starting to see tons of issues, often after every update.

Things that might help: 1. I'm mostly a Windows user, although I have a Mac. I have a LOT of Windows boxes (don't ask) - a couple of work laptops, some private laptops, a couple of micro-desktops that are connected to TVs and so on. This might be relevant, because they're all synced.

2. My profile is pretty old - over 10 years.

3. I've entirely disabled any ad-blockers or add-ons.

So issues happening on multiple machines in the last 24 hours: eBay. Over the last few days, when logging into eBay, if I do a search, I can't change any of the filters along the top Condition, Location, Sort: Best Match etc. I can click on them, but nothing happens.

GoFundMe. I tried to donate tonight and when it toddled off to Paypal, it came up with some kind of Localhost error after I clicked on Submit. Did it on Chrome, and it worked perfectly. Fortunately, the money didn't come out multiple times.

Oracle E-business. I'm sure many of you use this at work. I genuinely can't login to this using Firefox unless I use a private window. I've cleared my ENTIRE cache. Even went into the Folder and manually cleared it all out. If I try and login without being in a private window, I get "Your session is no longer valid or your logon information could not be reestablished from your session."

This is all since the last update to 127.0

I've recently had trouble logging in to some websites but not others, most recent example is Bandcamp. My login credentials are correct and work on mobile and other browsers. I have tried deleting my cache and cookies to no improvement.
