I try to access several of my bookmarked sites only to have Cisco Umbrella block them. I unchecked the block sites" in the security settings to no avail. I have a right to access any site I wish. Also, Firefox is the only browser that does this to me. Please help.

I'm very tried of auto-playing videos on Facebook - and even more because my Firefox browser seems to ignore it's default 'AutoPlay' settings completely (see attached image).

It should be possible to block videos and audio in FireFox 98.0.2 (64 bit), but I can't see that's it's actually working as expected.

I use Thunderbird in conjunction with COX as a browser. When I send an email from either of my email addresses from the COX webmail site, all is well.

When I send an email from either of my email addresses from Thunderbird, my emails are shown as SPAM on the receiving end. This just recently started. I recently had a Thunderbird update, and believe this may be causing my problem.

I have the COX site set as "No Spam Filtering."

Can you help, please?

I never used a password for Thunderbird email, however, I recently uploaded a Norton recommended driver change and now I cannot Get Messages or send because it asks for a password. I never established a password so I have no idea how to get past this security. How can I change my password if I don't know the original password? I even tried deleting Thunderbird and redownloaded it, but the same message appears. Help!

Thank you,

I have 4 Gmail accounts accessed through Thunderbird. I see answers to my problem that state T'bird doesn't have the passwords. But as I had to input them so that T'bird could access the accounts, it must have them. None of the given answers accurately describe how to access the passwords with the version I am running; there is no options/security links in the tools section. I am running v91.7 32bit. SO: how do I recover my passwords from that version of T'bird? Thank you.

Some changes have recently occured to the setup of my Firefox browser, suspected to align with the 98.0.2 update. I have lost my addon badges from the toolbar including advert avoiding add ons. The consequence is that what was controled (the appearance of adverts) is now a real problem. I am unable to identify any known cause in the available literature. Has anybody had a similar problem and found a solution?
