I cannot load duolingo webpage. Until yesterday, it loaded on my laptop without a problem. Now, when I go to this page, it is stuck in "loading." I can, however, load the page on Bing. I can also load it on Firefox on a DIFFERENT computer.

I can load all the other webpages that I have tried on my laptop on Firefox as usual. The only webpage that is not loading is Duolingo.

So if I download an attached file on gmail using Firefox... it crashes. If I open up a new tab on Firefox... it crashes. It only started this week.

I'm using 12.7.6 and I really don't want to go back to Chrome, so I hope you can help.

The macbook completely freezes apart from the mouse pointer which moves, but cannot open a thing. Every time I have to turn the macbook off to restart it.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version.

York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

I have posted this in two forums, not knowing which will get me the answer.

I have an account with optimum.net I no longer receive Thunderbird emails since 9-02-24 about 10 AM EST. I talked to the "Head" tech at Optimum and he constantly assured me that the problem was with Thunderbird, not Optimum. I do not receive emails from optimum (suddenlink,net) or yahoo.com.

But I can send email, through Thunderbird to each. I have to look on the web to see the emails, since Tbird does not receive.

I have changed no passwords.

I think that Bird only uses the server on suddenlink, my primary ISP The head tech at optimum says it it not there problem.

Could someone tell me the answer?

when I am on facebook I like to clear the history before I get off < but latley when I do this when I try to get back on it wants a password then a security code to make sure it is me Cant figure it out or get it to stop This is on Firefox* Bulleted list item

All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

If you could make suggestions on how to accomplish this. If you have other ideas, I would really appreciate it. I don't use cloud.

I have an Imac desktop. I can't send my vacation pictures to my relatives because they don't have smart phones.

Hello, I'm having an issue with how Firefox is displaying images on some of our product pages. The image appears to be zoomed in which cuts off the side of the product image. The exact same product page displays completely fine when using Safari and Chrome. I cannot figure out the issue. Please see attached images.

I have tried:

modifying the about:config page prefs:

   browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing
   browser.enable_click_image_resizing 

I have also tried resetting the zoom features (Command/Conrl +/-/0).

I have also tried reinstalling firefox and running the browser without any extensions.

None of these worked. Any suggestions?

I have Thunderbird up and running on one of my Oracle Linux Virtual Machines.

I enabled the FiltaQuilla extension, because I want to save message attachments automatically to a local filesystem, and then run a backend script against those saved attachments.

Everything appears to be configured correctly.

The email filter is working sporadically. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. It is not consistent.

It does not seem to work immediately, and it does not seem to work when I try to manually run it.

But, if I leave my computer for a little while and come back, the saved files will magically appear, "somehow", but only sporadically.

Even though the filters appear to be enabled, they are not being kicked off when the new messages arrive.

I currently have 3 options in place, in the "Filter Rules" window:

"Manually Run", "Getting New Mail: Filter before Junk Classification" and "Periodically, every 10 minutes".

I wish there was an option to "Run with each new message received".

I set a "Subject Contains" filter, and that is my only filter.

Then I tried both "Detach Attachments To" and "Save Attachments To", but neither of them seems to be working properly.

For a brief few minutes, I attempted to combine "Move message to folder", but it moves the message immediately, before the first filter has a chance to save it to the local filesystem.

When you have different actions in mind, there MUST be a way to prioritize each action, so that the first option MUST complete successfully, before attempting to complete the second, and subsequent actions.

In my case, I need to save the attachments to the local machine, before removing or moving the message.

So, if action number one completes successfully, it goes on to complete the second action.

If action number one fails, it stops all processing of future steps, so that the failure can be debugged.

I really need a solution to the saving of attachments to local filesystems (This is in Linux).

I have tried everything I know but I need a workaround to delete an email message with an excessively large attachment that freezes my Thurderbird program totally.

Firefox will not load. I receive this message: Error: Platform version ‘130.0’ is not compatible with minVersion > = 129.0.2 maxVersion < = 129.0.2

I cannot use Firefox due to this error message. What do I do now?

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

How do I get sound back on the add on extension "Check4change" ? it has always worked and then stopped one day. I have tried all the suggestions of reloading the extension and even removed and reinstalled Firefox, it was no help. I have sound in Firefox, just not while using the check4change add on extension.

How do I recover sound while using the extension?

I just updated the software a day ago and it helped out a lot of issues. On only 1 of my email accounts when I click on sent it freezes the software and I have to force close it. The other email accounts don't seem to have this issue.

Steps I've tried:

• I've downloaded thunderbird and installed again.
• Ran in troubleshoot mode or similar I guess to the safe mode.

Any suggestions would be kindly appreciated.
