Last two days rirefox has been continously freezing on my laptop it has been recently updated I'm using Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS on a Dell Latitude 7370 with an Intel m7-6y7s x 4 16.0 GB ram firmware version 1.15.3 Linux 6.11.0-19-generac kernel version. I did not catch Firefox up date

Hi all. I recently did a manual clear of cookies and afterwards, I've seen two strange issues pop up.

The first was while I was booking hotels on Expedia, it would not allow me to complete the booking where earlier in the same day it did. It would simply do nothing when I clicked the final button. I swapped over to chrome and it worked totally fine, so it was not the sites issue.

The other is in images. I will do an image search, and typically on the big wall of thumbnails, if you click one, it will have a preview of the image at a larger size and the link to the source site, but now it does nothing if I click the image, and I have to right click and opening in new tab to use the image to go to the site. This can be temporarily fixed by clicking the padlock in the address bar, clearing cookies on the site and reloading, but then as soon as I do a new image search, it's back to the unresponsive clicks.

I have ublock origins plugin and Malwarebytes browser guard running,but have never had an issue due to those before and made no changes with them. Embedded video still works totally fine, it's only online purchases and image search that I've seen problems.

I have cleared cookies manually before without this issue. I have refreshed the installation and it has not fixed it. I'm really not sure what got knocked loose, but I am sure that is when things got weird on me.

When the Reminder window pops open with a reminder from my Calendar, I can neither snooze or dismiss the reminder. The only way to remove the reminder window is to click the x to actually close the window. This behaviour appears to have started at a recent update.

I am presently running Thunderbird 128.8.0esr in Linux Mint 21.1

Hi, I ran a Firefox update which I guess I downloaded yesterday but now Firefox won't fully load new tabs with my usual view of stories. I don't know if that's the only part that's broken or what....I'm not geeky enough to say. The "thought provoking stories" section just looks like its in a long process trying to connect with something.... all other windows I'd left pinned and recent activity shortcuts at the bottom of a new tab work.

Hi! Someday it's occured that i cant make a right click to Firefox on a Windows start panel - when i use right click the windows just... disappeares. What can i do to solve this problem? Check the screens The correct work of right click on the panel is shown on the screen "correct work" It works with all the apps, but a month ago i noticed that when i make a right click on Firefox on my start panel nothing happens, it just disapeares.

After a recent update to Firefox for Android, many websites have a bug where the onscreen keyboard will pop up and block the textbox. In order to view the text being typed, I have to manually scroll down to the position of the textbox. When the textbox loses focus, I have to again manually scroll back to the the position of the textbox in the page. I'm using a Google Pixel 8a.

WHEN I open Firefox,Mozilla comes up with numerous tabs:Mozilla accounts twice. Settings comes up once. Get Support Moziila twice. 2 new tabs. does not display the scroll correctly on X.com. I get a prompt to add it to my I phone. I DID NOT Sign up for that because my account is blocked on my Phone.Essential add ons would not work. You added data from Windows10# Numbered list item

Issues solved. "Provider for Google Calendar" required a log in to Google. I was already logged in and hence I didn't take notice. When I finally did, the issues were solved.

Since a couple of days I have the follwing 2 problems: 1. I can't update my google calendar from TB and changes made in the android doesn't show in TB 2. The message moving function doesn't work. Messages disappear from the inbox but wont show in the folders where they should have been moved to.

I have TB 128.8.1esr(32-bit)

4 days ago, the calendar app suddenly stopped working. If I try to add an event, it sends an error message saying 'An error occurred when writing to the calendar Sandra Kanfer Clarke! Please see below for more information.' and tells me 'modification_failed' and that 'If you're seeing this message after snoozing or dismissing a reminder and this is for a calendar you do not want to add or edit events for, you can mark this calendar as read-only to avoid such experience in future. To do so, get to the calendar properties by right-clicking on this calendar in the list in the calendar or task view.' At this point, the calendar switches itself to 'read only' and I get the exclamation mark and triangle saying this calendar is momentarily not available. This is a synced Google Calendar that has been running on Thunderbird for several years without any problems. I uninstalled the calendar and reinstalled it, I uninstalled Thunderbird and reinstalled it - none of it makes any difference.

Apologies, I have to write this on mobile because among other pages Firefox will not open for me now, THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Google is a black square (opens fine in chrome). So are multiple other pages. I can open new tabs, but clicking on them to actually navigate to them does nothing. Has anyone else had this problem???? I don't want to go back to chrome but Firefox is completely unusable right now.

I have Yandex Calendar enabled on a Windows computer using CalDAV in two applications - Thunderbird and OneCalendar. On an android phone, Yandex Calendar is enabled in the Yandex Calendar app.

Android App <--> [Yandex] <--> Thunderbird Calendar (Windows)

                                            <--> OneCalendar (Windows)

When I create an event in the Yandex Calendar app for Android, they are visible in the calendar web interface, they are visible in OneCalendar on a Windows computer, but not visible in the Thunderbird calendar on a Windows computer. All other events created in the apps and web interface are visible in the Thunderbird calendar. All CalDAV connection settings in Thunderbird and OneCalendar are the same

I would be very grateful for any advice to solve this problem.
