Once you identify your organization, you will do some research about the organization and answer the below questions based on theories discussed in our lectures. You are allowed to use the same organization from Assignment 1 and/or 2 If the instructor reflected no concerns in Assignment 1 and/or 2 for choosing that company, however, please ensure it is an international organization only.

1.) Please include the name of organization, where it is based and what other countries, they have business in. Also, please state if it is mechanistic organization or organic.

2.) Refer to chapter 7 "Designing Organizations for the International Environment” (Slide- Motivations of global expansion), what do you think what kind of motivation was there for your selected company to expand to other countries. Please declare and support your answer with a supporting statement.

3.) Refer to chapter 7-slide 10, Which of the structure and strategy is being by your selected organization. Declare your answer and explain why. Please answer this question in context of Chapter 7- Slide 10 only. t

I have started posting bugs of Firefox in Bugzilla for almost 6 months now(though the number of bugs is 3). I have noticed that the bugs really had no response for nearly then(almost 6 months), so is it the way bugs are handled?, like they take long time to address( just asking as I though the process to be relatively fast) or is it something that I might be doing wrong in reporting a bug. I searched online and have been looking at assigning the bug( what I understood). So, how to do it if there exists something like assigning and will it increase the movement on my bugs??

The USPS website does not work properly with Firefox!! The Home page loads okay but there are multiple other issues with links not working. For instance all of the links under Quick Tools do not work except this one: https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm. Other things don't work either.

Everything works fine that I tried with Google Chrome though! Please address soon.

I have a System 76 laptop running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. The LTS (Long Term Support) ended years ago with Firefox 66. All of that works fine still. My problem is: 1. The world is telling me to upgrade my browser. 2. Mozilla tells me "Note: If you use your Linux distribution's packaged version of Firefox, you will need to wait for an updated package to be released to its package repository. This article only applies if you installed Firefox manually (without using your distribution's package manager)." 3. There will never be an updated package because LTS has ended. 4. IS THERE A WAY TO MANUALLY INSTALL A NEWER BROWSER LIKE FIREFOX 123?

I opened Thunderbird this morning and there were no issues. Closed it and just now reopened and I'm getting this message: Thunderbird detected a potential security threat and did not continue to live.thunderbird.net. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

It downloaded 28 emails but will not let me see/access them.

Firefox on Linux does not allow entries in forms that are called up in IFRAME. It works perfectly on Android.

Does anyone know why this is the case? Uwe
