I select multiple files in File Explorer and select, right click, Send To, Thunderbird, but only one of the files actually appears in the Thunderbird email. It appears that which one shows up as an attachment to the email is quite random. This used to work fine with all the selected files showing in the email, I haven't upgraded anything so far as I know, and I don't think I have changed anything at all. Any ideas most welcome. Incidentally, if I select only one file to send then it works fine; if I select multiple files to send through Outlook, then that works fine. I just cannot send multiple files through Thunderbird. I am using Thunderbird version 115.4.1 (64 bit). I have looked at the issue on Microsoft pages and they are of the opinion that this is a Thunderbird issue, not a Windows one. For the past year, I've been using a Hotspot to access school websites that have been blocked. Today, it took about 5 minutes to tell me it was a "server error" and to check if it was a firewall blocking me out (it wasnt). I restarted my computer and tried again, it took me to another error code that said "PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" and no Google searches helped me, so I restarted it again and then it took me to another error message saying my connection timed out despite me not changing anything with my connection or Hotspot! I cleared my cache and browser data and nothing is doing anything. I checked my desktop settings and there was nothing there connection wise. I'm not sure what to do anymore!

I downloaded the new version of Thunderbird Mail, and now, I'm having continual trouble sending messages (but no trouble receiving them). A pop-up window keeps appearing requiring me to re-sign into my Microsoft account, for some reason, but whenever I press "continue" to sign in, nothing happens, and selecting "cancel" also has no effect. I'm already signed in to my Microsoft account on my laptop, anyway, so I don't know why this window keeps appearing, but I assume it's related to the fact that I'm having trouble sending e-mail. I have to keep closing the Thunderbird program and re-opening it every time I want to send new messages. This is becoming very tiresome. I've already tried closing and re-opening the Thunderbird program, but that doesn't fix the problem. I'm working on a Mac, with the latest iOS. All suggestions appreciated!

After updating Thunderbird, I can't see my email. There are no emails or even accounts, although there are messages in the program settings and messages are downloaded in the background.

Firefox no longer opens my previous session when re-opening the browser. "Open previous windows and tabs" is checked in the general of browser settings, but no longer performs a such. Was never an issue until a few days ago.

When I create an email and attempt to insert a link, the message pane will freeze up. Been ongoing for several weeks now. It has forced me to use another client as we can not create any emails with links and that is critical. Version 120.ob1 32 bit Windows 10 PC (no changes made to anything prior to issue.

Just about everything seems slower with 115 from sorting a large column, loading emails at startup, opening an email in a new window, etc. How can I troubleshoot this? thanks, todd

Hello, I'm using Thunderbird (and before Netscape Messenger) already 30 years. With this new version 115.4.1 (32-Bit) I'm now experiencing the symptom, that, when I reopen one of the mailboxes the focus is not in this mailbox on the last read mail as it was always in earlier versions, it now focusses somewhere so that you always have to scroll to the point where you have been last time.

I am attending college classes on line, I frequently have 4 tabs pinned, and 3-4 further tabs open. Without any discernible pattern I can fathom, Firefox will close everything. I have no add-ons to remove, update or restart. I have no plug ins to remove, update or restart. My drivers and Windows OS are all up to date.

I ask my Firefox to delete my history and clear the cash when it is closed, so it takes me roughly 5-20 minutes to log back into everything I'm doing for class or my personal life when this happens.

Upon researching this matter today, all the fixes I can find involve removing add-ons and plug ins. Or updating them. Or turning them off. I have none to try this fix on. The advice on the main page says to check that all system are up to date. I have checked, they are.

When I open browser on my windows 11 PC, I am besieged by notifications from online British newspaper "Metro.CO.UK." I cannot discover a way to stop the notifications. What's up with it?

Since Mozilla released the 119.0 build of Firefox, I have noticed that scrolling Youtube Shorts doesn't work. I can watch the first short and scroll to the second but trying to scroll past that causes the video to jump back up to the first video. The same thing happens when I try to scroll through emails using my ISP web based email client. I can see the first five emails on the list but if I try to scroll further it jumps back up to the first five. I have tried refreshing Firefox and I have tried using the trouble shooting option under help and the scroll issues still happened in both. I have this issue on my laptop as well as this desktop and I even installed a different browser and in that browser scrolling works fine in both Youtube and the web based email client. I was unsure where to report this to Mozilla so I thought I would try here to see if anyone can help.

Can't get to Google apps from google home page. Dots for Google apps not there. Only way they appear is to search for something. Otherwise you can't get to apps (no nine dots) or even sign in to google. Nosigh-in box either on first open of browser. Thanks for the help.

Thunderbird was working great until today... you "offered" me an upgrade to SuperNova 115 after which I am no longer receiving any incoming email. Does not even ask me for the password on startup as the old version did. I have checked the Windows Firewall and added Thunderbird.exe. I need help getting this to work or reverting back to previous version. Also, I recently lost a great deal of pop mail from the inbox and would like to know why - it was telling me I could not Compact the Inbox due to not enough space or not having permissions - neither of which should have been a problem. Please don't make me switch to Gmail!! Help......

I posted about it in a review, and per request, am restating the issue here:

the Firefox for Android app has consistent and ongoing issues with embedded audio players/embedded audio files (most often file types hosted on dropbox and embedded on a secondary website) where the audio file will either not load at all, refuse to download because it has timed out the file without playing, or stop half way through and refuse to reload.

So far, I've had about a 30% success rate with using these embedded audio players across platforms, with the specific websites themselves looking into broken links and finding no issue.

On the same vein, YouTube as used through the mobile browser, while more successful, seems to struggle to load the page while scrolling, and occasionally stops playing videos altogether, even when reloaded and hard restarted.

Get red error when i write email adresses manually in the To field. Only way to put in adresses is first create an entry in the adressbook and then from the adressbook add the emailadress to the email To fields. Thunderbird version 115.4.1 (64-bit)
