I use firefox as my browser and MSN as my homepage. When i am on the MSN homepage and try and open links in the Trending Now section they do not open. I click on the link and it acts like it is going to open but it then just diverts back to the MSN Homepage. It works fine if like i go to sports and clink on a link it opens right up. Just doesnt seem to work on the trending now links on the page.

Starting this afternoon I receive the following error when attempting to open the Norton Password Vault:

Website will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it

I have used these products together for years this is the first problem. The Vault still works in EDGE, I don't know what changed.

Add-on Icons have not shown up on toolbar. I have gone through the steps to customize the menu and extended menu. no dice. they won't drag, they don't give any options. they are enabled in both regular and private windows. This happened apparently after the most recent update.

Firefox is practically unusable currently with online Excel documents. The documents load very quickly to view them but it takes minutes (up to 3 minutes) to be able to edit them. When loading the same items in Chrome on the same computer, the editing is available immediately. What's holding things up in Firefox? I'm running version 95.02.

Firefox crashes when attempting to view google maps street view. I have completed refresh, uninstall and reinstall. Went back to older version ESR to try that with no luck

History > Show All History maximum is "Older than 6 months" but the last site visited dates back to 06/29/2021. How do I allow Firefox to save more than six months history?

Hi guys! I have a question.

After a clean system reinstall today, my firefox can't play videos on specific websites (I'm from hungary, so some sites may be strange for you guys), for example facebook (Sorry we're having trouble playing this video), coub (just buffering), indavideo, vimea (xml_004 error), dailymotion (browser not compatible). All of this sites are working properly on edge.

I read some fixes, tried all of it (disable hardvare acc. and extensions, etc.). I had once a similar problem, then deleting the cert9 file solved it, but now it is not.

If anyone has an idea or asks for more information, write under this post.

When I try to bookmark a page, it is grayed out and I am unable to save it. I am not tech savvy so can someone give me a simple fix. This must be pretty easy to fix. I just upgraded to a 2020 imac and transferred all my files via Time Machine backup this problem seemed to start then. Thanks for any help I can get.

As the title says i have just updated to macos monterey and i regularly use firefox, when i open facebook google, youtube, gmail. It loads the mobile version of the site like if i was using a tablet.

I can open a new or existing google doc in Firefox. When I then click on the print icon on the doc page, the resulting dialogue box only gives me the option to 1. open with Firefox 2. Open with Google Chrome 3. Save file. I would like clicking on the icon in the doc to go to the actual print dialogue and give me the option to print the file directly from Firefox. Now I have to open the doc in Chrome first, which seems to me to be an unneccesary step. Thanks for your help.

the new update removed all of the websites that were listed in catagories on the left side of the browser window and I don't know how to put them back. They were all the important websites that I go to regularly.

When I try to play video embedded in many websites, I just get a spinning wheel, and no videos will play. I've cleared my cache, and followed numerous other tips that I found when searching on this problem, but nothing has helped thus far. Any additional advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

At random intervals, for no apparent reason, my Firefox starts eating memory at a prodigious rate.

At some point, my computer slows to a crawl.

The only solution I have found is to kill Firefox, start again, and wait for the next instance.

The attached image shows what the resource use looks like while I have the barest minimum open in the browser.

I've been fighting this for a long time. I'd prefer not to go with the dark side browser. But my wife uses that browser and has no problems at all.

At some point, one must question whether supporting open source is really worth fighting with zero functionality.

when accepting terms and conditions pop up in Shopfiy the facebook channel pop up is blank and I am unable to finish set up. Not sure why FireFox recently does not display the amazon.com left side menu options (i.e., reviews, brands, price range, etc.). It's a recent issue. I tried MS Edge from the same laptop and it rendered the amazon.com site correctly. FYI...I'm not aware that I have changed any settings. I would attach a screenshot but the Image Upload just spins forever and never completes.
