After new update to 79.0, I can not use the Pay Bill Screen on the Chase Bank Web Site. After i select "Pay this Amount" the Screen turns white Never had a problem for over 10 years. I use CCleaner / Privacy Eraser / Glary Utilities often. Thank you for any help Steve

I usually create a private window by right clicking the pinned Firefox icon on my Windows 10 taskbar. Recently, I've noticed that when I do this, I am no longer able to immediately type into the search/URL bar. I've dug through the settings - I did find some items that sounded relevant, but they did not change the correct behavior. When bringing up all my windows I see that the previous tab is still has my cursor despite the private window being in front of the previous tab. I now have to click on the private window before I'm able to type.

Any idea what changed?

Hi! After the latest update I can no longer choose "Page" on the menu bar and "save Page as pdf". I use this very often, how do I get it back? Thank you in advance, Sincerely Mina

Every time I update Firefox, the language changes back to English. It is annoying to change the language whenever there is an update especially that sometimes it is updated automatically

Update to the most recent Firefox Browser Version unsuccessful. 'Automatic update' option is active, but I receive a failure message like "... could not be updated to the newest version". I'm stuck at version 69 or so. Manual update equally unsuccessful - I tried the commonly known tips already. Windows 8 PC, active user profile is not 'administrator' (this was not a problem in the past). P.S.: I'm sending thsi message from a different PC (... wher updating Firefox no problem) - so educated guesses below may be misleading

When I upgraded to Windows 10, my default browser was reset. I've followed the simple Firefox instructions to reset my default browser to Firefox, but have been unsuccessful. That is because Firefox does not appear on the list of browser options that the Firefox instructions show will appear when I click on Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer is there, and one other besides MS Edge, but no Firefox. How can I set Firefox as my default browser? This is getting aggravating. Thanks!

I went to use Firefox. A message pops up wanting to know if I want to make Firefox my default browser. I thought I all ready had. ( This problem started after Firefox did an update ). Anyway, I clicked "yes". I am taken to a page on my computer that lists all the Aps I have. Firefox was listed but when I clicked on the Apt nothing happened. I tried again and now Firefox is not even listed. How can I make Firefox my default browser if it is not even listed? I am using Firefox to contact you now. The only thing listed is Google Chrome.

When I open a new webpage and move my mouse to the right to the scrollbar to use scrollbar to move down the webpage, the scrollbar rushes to the bottom of the page. I find this awfully annoying. Is this a feature? Can I turn if off or stop it doing that. J

Starting yesterday, I can no longer download .pdf datasheets from the regular firms that I have been dealing with. When I click on the datasheet link, the page that I was on is returned, instead of the datasheet. I am using Windoz 7. Is this caused by changes in Firefox? Can this be fixed?

hello everyone, before this last update, while i write an email or something, there is used to be a tap ( right click) which showed me Langues and check spelling, and now i do not have that. the dictionary is not working can anyone tell me how to fix this ? you can see it in the pic, thanks

I'm on a Mac, and Safari is my default browser. But for a few years, I've used Firefox several times a week as needed. When I'm not using Firefox, I typically quit it.

For the last 2-3 days, Firefox has started launching spontaneously. I'll be doing something else on my computer, and suddenly Firefox appears in my dock (but it doesn't come to the forefront). The first time I saw this, I quit it immediately, but it immediately restarted. After 3 or 4 tries, it stayed quit. But a few hours later, it launched spontaneously again, and this has now happened half a dozen times.

I've run two anti-malware scans (by two, different developers), and both came up squeaky clean. I do have Firefox set to auto-update, but I've never seen this behavior before. In the past, updates were performed in the background, then when I launched Firefox, I'd be notified that it had been updated.

This auto-launch behavior is disturbing. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Meetup.com site login will not work with latest versions of Firefox. Does anybody know why, or have a workaround. It works on other browsers like Chrome. In latest Firefox, I enter my valid username & Pwd, do the Capcha, and hit logon button - it just takes me back to the logon screen. In chrome, it enters the site as expected. I have cleared the cache & all cookies. Help.

I asm now using Firefox version 79. Prior to this Firefox would open to Xfinity and it would log me in. with V79 it does not log me as it did with other versions in. Is there a way to configure it to log me in like it used to? Thank you Allen

I LOVE Firefox's intentions re: privacy, etc., but I'm ready to switch to a different browser because of the slowness and the "Firefox Not Responding" messages. Is there a fix for these problems?

Today i just restored my computer and my FF sync account got blocked at the login because (many tries) For the login i use my corporative email, to my bad luck just in time our net admin at my work was running a maintaince and the Firefox sync sent me (to my email for confirm it was me trying to login) never got delivered and lost.

I know all my account data (email and Password to login in FirefoxSync.)

What i can do to unlock it? i don't want start a new account, there's a lot of bookmarks and logins in my account.

I can't log into certain of my password protected accounts in Firefox. But I can log into them in other browsers. Can someone tell me how to fix this problem. I used to get into any account through Firefox.

When I try to load the sleepiq web site I get this: https://sleepiq.sleepnumber.com/#/ and a blue screen. When I load the same website from Chrome I get this: https://sleepiq.sleepnumber.com/#/dashboard/sleep, and the page loads. Safari is the same as Chrome, I get the information I'm looking for. As Firefox is my default browser I'd like to be able to fix this problem.

When trying to open the Metamask addon it only shows the pop-up window blank. I've been in contact with Metamask support, showed them the background logs and they say the problem seems to be local. Hoping to find help here.
