For nearly a year, I've had an issue where Firefox's screen would either go completely black or white, and would only return to normal after switching to another tab - scrolling down would make it go blank, again. Usually about five minutes in, Firefox will crash. I'm at the latest beta version, I've done a reset, and I've disabled Hardware Acceleration before - disabling it would only make it crash faster.

When I try to click on certain websites that have something pop up to log in and whatnot, instead it shows a white box.

For example, I tried to log on to kinklive. Here is how it is on Firefox before and after I click "log in"

So why do I get the white box on Firefox?

None of the suggested solutions work. I have tried the following (not in actual order)/useful information: - Restarted Windows in case problem was just a fluke - Ran numerous memory tests/benchmarks to check hardware. 0% memory errors. - Have newest drivers and applications (i.e. Flash) always updated to latest stable versions - Deleted parent.lock file - Ensured that profile folder (and sub-folders) are not read-only - Only have 4 extensions, and always latest versions (AdBlock Edge, DownThemAll, Garmin Comm., Pocket) - Completely uninstalled Firefox w/ deleted profile and clean installed various post 29.0b1 versions and problem returns after numerous sessions. - Reverted to version 28 (clean install and non-clean install downgrade) and error did not occur during 2 days of test period.

I have windows7, security essential and all other is ok in my laptop. I keep everything up to date. Now the only problem is when I try to check it out is plug ins up to date, all other plug ins are but Adobe flash is not. It indicates vulnerable in red colour. When I proceed update now, installation goes ok but if after I recheck if all plug ins are up to date, there is AGAIN that red sign: "vulnerable". I'm near to change my browser to an other one if this annoying problem seems not to be fixed.

With smartphones getting bigger every day, it would be very helpful if there is an option to move the address bar to the bottom of the screen where it can be accessed easily with one hand.

Please let me know if that feature is available already. If not please add the same. It would be a very helpful feature.

I have a new computer. I have installed beta. I run beta on 2 other computers a tablet and my phone. It instructed me that I needed to unlink other devices and start over. My credentials will not work and a reset email is not being sent. I would like to get my devices logged in and linked again. If it isn't possible I will reluctantly move back to Explorer. Mozilla has been so easy to use until now???? Very frustrating.

I upgraded to Firefox 30 from the previous version. It still doesn't work.

Very old versions of Firefox work fine.

I'm recommend my client use Google Chrome. Pity.

On new Firefox when I click 'show all downloads, the library window appears but does not list downloads only list some bookmarks. How and where can I find them, as I wont to clear them where appropriate.

Cannot find full download for RC build (30.0 RC2). Updater fails. Beta channel has my current build (30.0b9). Release channel has version 29.

Updater always fails on this somewhat locked-down work machine.

When you open Edit, there are two choices: Web form and annotated. What is the difference?

Then, there are fields for Host, Submit Prefix, Username, Password, etc. How do you fill in these fields?

When you click to have the manager "Guess from Current Page," all fields don't necessarily get filled in, so is it just for username and password? I use the edit feature constantly, so it's a little odd not to see more detailed instructions here.

When I click on Tools, the Saved Password Dialog is on the list, so it's on my toolbar all the time. I use it constantly.

What is the latest in password security? I know there are competing ideas. What does Mozilla think?

I was recently upgraded automatically to Fire Fox 30 (I do not normally mind this) , however as this update began I lost all normal functions of my keyboard. I would also note my Mouse worked fine.

I was opening my computer after shutting the lid and sending it to sleep mode. After logging in, Outlook and Fire Fox both sent me messages. Only the Keyboard Keys were effected as they acted like the Alt key was permanently pressed down. I rebooted the system and now everything is fine. I just thought you might want to know. I could not find a Feedback site so I am posting this here.

Hi...... I'm using FF 30.0. But I'm very unhappy with its new look & design since the 29.0 version. I want the "Reload/Stop Loading" button left to the address bar. I'm so worried with its new position that if it get unsolved, I have to downgrade my Firefox into 28th version again.

In FF 28, the "Reload" & "Stop Loading" buttons can be separated. But the newer version lakes this feature. The color of Tabs I've opened isn't separated from the windows 8 color. It is weird.

Note: The Classic Theme Restorer addon cannot solve this. I've tried it before asking this.

I run the latest version of CCleaner before each time I put my computer to sleep or shut down and today after upgrading Firefox to 30.0 I noticed there are still files in the Firefox Cache that has not been deleted. I have my browser set to automatically clear my History. I have noticed this before in other versions of Firefox that I had upgraded to but went away when new fixes came out.
