I am a BETA tester for Firefox and it is the preferred browser for ANGEL (ANGEL is the online class management format used by my college, It is similar to Blackboard.com) . The most recent version 16 upgrades in the last month have caused a problem with the text-box reply system within ANGEL. The upgrade does not allow the option to reply or post in the text area within the class system or the ANGEL email system. I received a notice today on ANGEL to disable the auto-updates as 17 is causing this problem. I had the problem earlier around 9/13/2012 when 16 beta 3 installed. I would like to be able to roll back Firefox to that point. Or should I just uninstall and reinstall 16?

my CMS website dashboard is not displaying properly in firefox 17 (or beta 18). firefox 16 was fine. most of my fields appear correct, however the content or long description field simply does not show. i cannot view the current content, edit, or add new content. has anyone else had this issue? any solutions?

I'd like to have Firefox display my homepage every time I start up the browser, however I don't need it to do so every time I open a new window (since my homepage is a newspaper). Is there any way I can have it open my homepage on start up, but open a blank page when opening a new window?

I DOWNLOADED THIS "YOU TUBE VIDEO REPLAY", AND IT BROUGHT UP AN INTERESTING SIDE NOTE OF CURRENT TRAFFIC, MAPS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS ETC. WHEN I WENT TO CHECK THE TOOLBAR, IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ANYWHERE, AND WHEN I CLICK ON THE TAB SHOWING "BARIS DERIN", ON THE LEFT SIDE, IT TELLS ME THAT IT HAS BEEN "INSTALLED SUCCESSFULLY". I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO DELETE PERMANENTLY THIS TAB, SO THAT WHEN I OPEN UP MOZILLA, ONLY MY EARTHLINK HOME PAGE OPENS UP LIKE IT DID PRIOR TO THIS "DERIN MISTAKE".

when I try to purchase items on my online game I can no longer buy them.For some reason firefox stops the payment options from showing.I choose what I want to buy but when it comes to paying for it thats when nothing happens.No payment option is offered.All that is there is what I have picked to buy.Before it would offer payment options when I had picked what I wanted to purchase but this no longer happens and no payment options are given.It is left like that until I stop and just leave.I would like to know why it now does this?

  I got offered firefox beta and installed it.That is when it started doing this.I have cleared my cache,browser and history then restarted firefox a number of times now and still the problem persists.Can you please assist me please to somehow put it right back to the way it was before.Thank you for your time.

I'm using FF 18 and found out that I don't have a remove button on any of my addons. Is this because of the beta FF or a problem with this version? Thank you, Terry Morris

While I have no trouble signing into my account at intellicast.com with Chrome or IE, on entering the exact same ID and PW, FF just seems to jump around with all of the ads and will not allow me to get past that page and does not show any error of any sort.

My links in gmail as well as yahoo, only get a blank page - in the address bar it starts with https://mail.google.com/ = it ........it only brings me back to my inbox......... links works in IE as well as Chrome...

my tab will not open a new tab when i use any of the open tab functions (file open tab, ctrl +t, or just he + sign on the tab line. I do not have any of the ask toolbars installed. I alos woul like to kow about the pin and tab functions that I read about in the foum but I don't have those eigher.

When I search using Google, on Firefox 18 Beta 4, I get a list of hits.

All good, but when I want to customize the results, for example to restrict the hits to the last 24 hours, I click on 'Search Tools' - which should list the options.

But I get nothing.

The page title flicks between 'Redirect' and 'Connecting' repeatedly.

In my download window ,download file is complete.But it can't open,and I press right click when only copy download link,select all,remove from list are work other are not work.

When I click on the google search at the top, my typing goes to the "find" bar on the bottom which is very annoying..........How do I get rid of it as it seems to have appeared out of no where...I must have clicked on something somewhere to make it be there,,,but,,,WHAT and WHERE??? Thanks, Ric

I have resolved all malware issues from my website and submitted to google webmaster tools. Google approved my website. But still when I open the website it shows Reported Attack Site window. We are using firefox because of its great experience of user friendliness. But these kind of things will kill our clients. Thanks for understanding
