I was looking at an article on CNN when the fan in my PC started winding up to its top speed. I pulled up the Task Manager and found that 29 instances of Firefox were running simultaneously! Is there a way for us to limit the number of Firefox instances so that it won't completely paralyze my computer? I remember this happening a couple of years ago and I moved to a different browser, but I'd really rather get this under control than switch browsers.

Hello, I chose as new tab the Fireofx Home default, but it loads the website https://find-it.pro/. Is this firefox default new tab page? or is this a virus or maclisious script? Thanks for looking into this.

Every other day when I open up Firefox, I am asked to do an update. This is not an exaggeration. Literally, every other day this browser says it needs an update. Is this normal? If so, why in the world does this browser need to be updated so unbelievably frequently?

I was so in hopes that the latest update (10-19-22) would fix the issue with facebook...but no, after a minute of scrolling on facebook, the screen starts jumping and scolling around without my input. Facebook works fine with Chrome, but I would prefer FF. I know there are a lot of people experiencing same and was hopeful this update would be the fix. Windows 10, most recent update on facebook and now most recent FF update, too.

Everytime i try to watch shows on Netflix/Hotstar or anyother website, the page crashes down and I get a display as to update my Browser but it is has been updated. I have tried signing out and signing in as well. But the issue does not seem to get solved. Hoping to get help ASAP.

Since the latest update to 106.0.2 "check for updates" runs non-stop until I disconnect from my vpn (ExpressVPN for Windows 7). I can reconnect my vpy but after a short while I cannot open other tabs or windows. I get the message "server not found".

What is going on? You have a fix for this?

I have used FF for years but his might make me switch.

When opening an application links the new tab will stay open. When using edge or chrome they auto close the tab. I rather use firefox but this is really annoying. Any way to fix this issue?

I have changed my default browser from Chrome to Firefox because of the "v3 chains".

I can´t get rid of the 4-5 px Border around my windows Browser frame. It reflects somehow parts of the onscreen-content... in the images you can see the YT-video that I was watching. It is pretty anoying... I tried some changes but nothing seems to work. I use the dark-theme in Windows-designs and dark theme in FF-Themes..

Yeah, it is one of these very little things that makes me wanna cut my screen with a chainsaw on the edges. Does anyone have a fix 4 that, plz?

Regarding: Windows - Firefox Browser 106.0.2 (64-bit) or later..

I will continue to push for tabs to be (a user enabled option) on the bottom. I do not care for the reasons against this. I want the option returned to the settings in a normal manner.

I do NOT want any instructions on complicated CSS scripts or weird work-arounds an etc.

Your updates never seem to install when authorized to do so by the user. Rather, numerous times after reopening your browser, they finally decide to update, while blocking all online content at the same time. You need to improve your update service so that it occurs both as requested and immediately when authorized, without causing problems for the user in navigating the web.

Since the latest version of FF was installed. I can rarely make attachments to emails or upload to websites. I'm having to use another browser for this purpose. I never had this issue until this version. Nothing else on my PC has changed.

bookmarks text white on white

Firefox updated to 106.0.2 (64-bit). When I click the sidebar icon, my bookmarks appear on the browser's left side as expected. However the text is not visible. If I hover my mouse over an icon is the list for a bookmark, the link appears. Also not all the bookmark icons appear. There are gaps between bookmarks on the list. Again, I have to hover my mouse over those gaps for bookmark info to appear. How do I make my bookmark list readable/usable again?

i use the same add-ons on my desktop and laptop. i open my laptop and click on synchronize and later i open my desktop. two of these add-ons on the desktop have disappeared! this is not the first time. what can do i, how can install it to prevent it does not happen again?
