Hi, I use google chrome for work and firefox for personal use. I did not want firefox to import my bookmarks from Googe Chrome but somehow it did. Do I have to remove these bookmarks one at a time? And how do I prevent this from happening again?

Hello So to make long story short, since last 3 updates to Firefox i cant log in to my online bak account ,and yeah i can log to it on Chrome, windows shit show browser... so well .. can You fix it ? Or shall i just switch browser ? As everything have been working fine before, and i have been happy using You www browser till now...acctualy till i install Firefox update :P

Please save me advices like : - did you try reset you PC ? - did you delete you cookies ? - did you reinstall you windows 7/10/11 - did you clean you keyboard - what's it's you PC hardware condition ? - did You take shower today ? - did you check what's You gender ? - did you reinstall Firefox ?

When I try to watch a movie (on website flixhq.to) it gives me error code 232011 and then i change the server my subtitles don't work. I tried different websites but the same thing happens. I've done all the troubleshoot methods possible. I only have this problem on my laptop, when i use this website on my phone it works properly. I've never had a problem with this website before ,this all started beginning of this month. Someone please help me fix this!

New to me Surface3 pro tablet. Have FF on my desktop, want it on the tablet and synced with the desktop. Download and install were fine up until i went to log in on the tablet. I mis spelled the email address and did not notice until the codes never arrived. I cant find a way to get FF to "forget" what i entered. I uninstalled hoping that would do it and deleted the FF old data file it saved on the screen, but no matter what i do it keeps coming back to the old misspelled entry and does not let me log out or change it. So because of the name change, I am prompted to ask "do I even have an account?" The fact that I am able to even ask you this question must mean that I do. I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for years and never new that it / they needed or came with an account. So I apparently have an account. Now what? What can or should I do with it? Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.

See screenshot. An answer typed into Quora waits forever but never finishes sending. I have to retry several times and sometimes I have to switch to Chrome for it to send. What I type seems to upload but when I press POST it never gets me a confirmation that it has been received, i.e. posted. If I reload the current page then it says I've typed an answer, do I want to edit it? I edit it and press POST, but it still takes forever. Sometimes it does work after a few times. This has been going on for at least 2 months or more. Chrome works.

I have two principal address books, collected and personal. I can add new contacts to these address books. Under collected, I have three lists of group contacts. I want to add a contact to a list in the personal address book. Searched under Firefox and lots of suggestions to drag n drop. Ha ha, highlighting the contact, the moment I drag it across the box towards the list of address books, I get the no-entry symbol, circle with a bar through it. Why is this happening please? How can I copy across the address books or lists? Why is drag n drop suggested when it doesn't work? I'm using Win 10 Pro vers 22H2 64 bit on a Dell PC. Firefox 118.0.2 64 bit. Your aid will save my mind !

I do not get the same messages when I use other browsers like Chrome or Ms Edge. This has been like this ever since the updates beyond Firefox version 78.

Everything started when I was fed up with ads on youtube. I purchased ad blocks. Then I had troubles with ad blocks. Ad blocks keeps breaking down. It will work for a few weeks then cracking. This went on for a long time until finally they said I had an old version, that I have to download the current version and they sent me a link. I tried it and then the link said I have to choose a paying option. I knew that's not a special link. They just sent me the same link for buying a new adblocks. I subscribed a 5 year program. And their service didn't even last a year.

In the mean time google keep flashing the ad of subscribing to youtube with a prime service.

But I started to download Firefox. I had a terrible time downloading it. I failed a couple of times. I finally managed to download and install Firefox. In the mean time the suspicion about google is messing around with my account started.

I haven't been happy with google for a long time, ever since they started to monitor people's comments on youtube. So after I deleted my videos and then I went into troubles of making comments on youtube. Finally I succeeded changing the code they gave me to a name I can remember. In the mean time they discontinued my account. All kind of things happening to me. I finally shrugged them off as a matter of miscommunication. But the flashing ads became a flashing warnings, something like you must choose google or discontinue adblocks. Then I started searching if there's a battle between google and adblocks. Finally firefox came through, and I was still troubled by annoying ads. Finally I got so mad, I just deleted adblocks completely out of my computer. And somehow I found firefox has an option I can turn on to block the ads. Ever since then I was enjoying watching youtube again. And google's warning became more frequent and I just close the window without choosing any options.

All through this period, I ran into troubles with my computer on and off. I keep telling myself it's because my grandson is playing with my computer. But I cannot help thinking things are really getting out of hand. I need some help.

My grandson finally getting used to using my daughter's computer. I really shouldn't have that much trouble any longer. This morning when the stock market started trading. My Robinhood page didn't update and showing the durrent stock prices. It went on for a while. I googled if the market is on holiday. It's not a holiday. Then I tried to refresh the page, and nothing works. I finally deleted the page and started a new page. Then it worked. This went on for about an hour. It seriously disturbed me a great deal. I chatted with Robinhood, and they said they didn't have any trouble with their internet. I know it's time to ask help from Firefox. It's google messing up with my account. When I select an item in an amazon page I get script that is overlay on the page. I have my downloads set to to save file but a save prompt still pops asking what where etc to save.

I have redundantly troobleshooted start over old new, uninstall re install etc but nothing seems to fix it.

Firefox, note 9, Android 10. Open YouTube website, click a video and it wants to switch to a different service ie chrome or others.

Please make an android extension to block youtube ads.

hello, i use setting "Delete cookies and site data when Mozilla closes". i also employ multiple ad-blockers, etc. when opening websites, sometimes an "opt-out" or "accept all cookies" screen pops-up. the "more ethical" websites give adequate time to respond and enter choices whereas the vast majority close within a few seconds (no time to choose). just spoke with PayPal about their website's lightening-speed "cookie" pop-up. each website's pop-up is different so i found it difficult to believe when she said this was a "browser" issue (something Mozilla controls). i realize it's fairly impossible to not have cookies gather info but what can i do to opt-out on websites (besides not opening them) like this? thanks, dave PS: i'd add an image but can't catch one!
