I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.

I am running Windows 11 and do not have any Ad blockers.

Hello. I am setting up a site on Linux server using Apache as reverse proxy , with ASP.NET as application server . since installing SSL , I had few mixed content blocking that i was managed to fix using CSP directive in Apache configuration file. site has no issue with all browser except Firefox. the only issue is that in admin section , to configure a option. system will load a js file that simply a dropdown with list of options to choose from . when using Firefox , it tries to redirect that page to login page . for test , i clicked on the link i located in Developer tools , which directed me to login page , entered my credentials, and scripts loads showing the drop down box and ok button. is been 3 weeks i been looking for every solution and i have done everything .. but nothing have worked. now I am resort to having to use other browsers if i need to use that functionality in admin page. In page header file name : login , location : http://MYDOMAIN.ca/login?ReturnUrl=%2FAdmin%2FDiscountRulesCustomerRoles%2FConfigure%3FdiscountId%3D6%26_%3D1702682353293 , which are not correct . and browser such as Brave and Safari dose not show different path and file name and everything is correct. dose anyone know how to fix this .. ? i saw a solution mentioned as stated resting Firefox ,but can not find a way to reset , but i have reinstalled Firefox and constantly having this issue on this single section of the page . I tried going online this morning and was met with an update screen. When I tried to go to any site I was met with a blue dot going back and forth and no other response. It didn't matter which site I tried, it wouldn't connect with any of them. Thinking it might be a problem with my isp, I tried through Edge and was able to connect with the sites. I did try reloading Foxfire and restarting my computer, bur neither seemed to have any effect. And yet I'm able to connect to Mozilla, go figure.

This is the first time, that an update lost all of my tabs. Is there a way to access previous sessions, other than the most recent one? I would like to access a session from last week, and see if I can get my tabs back. I'm very unhappy about this and I've not been able to restore my tabs. The current tabs are place holders, and they do the reflect what I had before the update.

Before the recent 1-2 updates, pdfs,pictures and .torrent meta files used to get saved in temp folder which I LOVED very much. Recently these are getting save in my download folder instead of saving in the temp folder.

I changed this setting to allows ask. Still the files are getting saved in the download folder after opening.

Please assist me to resolve this issue. Thanks.

We are using Firefox on macOS to access web services that require Certificate Based Authentication. Our certificates are stored on YubiKeys PIV slots.

If we plug the token, open Firefox and access the website, it works just fine. The Certificate picker is shown and the OS ask for the PIV PIN to validate the access.

However, if we do the request when the token isn't plugged, Firefox does not ask for it, the website deny the authentication and the context is kept in cache. Requesting again the web site with the token added in between does not restart the certificate lookup and we are forced to close Firefox or move to a private window to make it works.

What is the proper way to avoid this issue? Is it a known bug? Is there a way to configure Firefox to always show the certificate picker even if no certificate are found and then reload the list of certificate based on connections events?

In the past, when ICS files were in a mail, I had been asked what to do, and could open them in OUTLOOK. This option has been apparently cancelled and it only asks where to save the file, without any option to open it directly. Furthermore, when I try to modify it in the "settings" and change it to "Always ask" I can't find no ICS files nor OUTLOOK SCHEDULE files. Please advice. Thanks

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. I'm using firefox 97 on mac. Whenever I copy and paste an image from firefox, the image comes out desaturated as if it is using the wrong color profile. I tried changing the gfx.color_management settings without it improving. The images look fine and are the right colors in the browser, however, the issue only happens when I copy and paste images. Firefox behaves like the color management is disabled (set to 0 in config) but ONLY when copying and pasting images.

I do not have this issue with other browsers such as chrome.

I asked such a question the day before yesterday, but none answered me I still use window 7 32 bit and I never want to update The new version ( V 98.01 ) is not compatible with Window 7 A black screen is shown just I open the Firefox browser I thought it is virus, but it is not so. Now I am sure of the problem I uninstalled the new version and changed for an old version ( V 80.01 ) and the black screen is never shown The black screen which I complain about= crashing of the browser because it is not covenant to Window 7

2- I changed the update to  (   Check for updates but let you choose to install them )  and the problem is ended but a message about updating still appears in the right corner  need me close each time. 

How can I get rid finally from update message in the toolbar ? In V 80.01 there is no choice ( never check for update )

See images. The buttons on video players don't look like play, pause, gear, etc. They look like gamepad buttons. But a gamepad is not connected to my PC and I haven't connected one in months. I have tested it with videos on invidious.snopyta.org and tagesschau.de.

Hi,

I recently migrated from Chrome to Firefox for a variety of reasons. I would like to continue using Firefox. However, everytime I close out of it and then reopen it I am forced to log back into every site. Firefox does not hold my passwords and does not keep me logged in like Chrome does.

Is there a way for me to correct this? Otherwise I need to go back to using Chrome.

I have a locked file that shows up as Invalid Symlinks error. I am not sure but I think it may be Profile.ini Here is what I am getting that tells me its a Non-Existent Destination file. My question is why is it Invalid symlink and what can I do to fix it? I've had a problem recently with some sites (such as support.apple.com, but also others) loading very slowly or not loading at all.

• Restarting Firefox fixes it for a short while
• I've tried changing to No Proxy from Use System Proxy Settings - this, like restarting, helped for a short while
• Unchecking DNS over HTTPS: DID resolve the problem but I'm curious as to why. I enable it with Safari with no problem.

running Firefox 98.0.1 on windows 10

I recently started using Firefox again and all my themes started zooming out/moving to the right hand side and some even duplicated multiple times across my top bar. It's most noticeable on themes that arent meant to be looped like that (see japan rain in attached photo)

is there anyway to fix this/work out what is causing it? None of my extensions modify my taskbar in anyway (photo attached) and i never changed any display settings in windows.
