Is there any way to disable the ai summary feature on the mobile version of Firefox? I despise it , and if Firefox continues adding ai features, I’ll just uninstall

I use Firefox because it has less AI bull than other browsers, and even then I still have to use config to get rid of all the stuff you've already added. It's irritating to have to do it. Stop adding more and remove the garbage AI stuff you've already added. Thanks

If I use thunderbird as my email client, can I use html signature both on mobile app and desktop (chromebook)? Signatures that come with designer fonts and photos. Attached example.

The signature has to appear same regardless I am sending an email from mobile app or desktop.

I operate with several to many windows open (and many tabs). Firefox (Mac) used to list the open Windows in the Window menu in the order I originally created/opened each window. A while back, FF started sorting – and re-sorting! – the list of open windows alphabetically according to the Tab that is currently active in each Window. This means that the window appears in different places in the Window menu list according to the name of the Tab. I DO NOT LIKE THAT because the it makes the Window hard to find.

Is there any way to set this to operate the way it used to - keeping the Window list in the order first opened, regardless of which Tab is open?

I wish there was a setting to not have the page refresh every time you go into another app and then come back into this one, it's impossible to multitask and extremely frustrating. It seems to happen on most pages I visit, even YouTube. Especially on pages with forms. It makes moving around on your phone to get info for forms impossible, and it's also just frustrating when you go to answer a text, come back and your progress on a video or form or shopping search has reset and started over, taking you back to the top. Is that sort of thing dependent on the website, or the browser?

I use Chrome as default Browser However if I click a link in an email, it often opens EDGE

Google search says to change default app settings in Windows and settings in Email client.

The former has been done and W11 uses Chrome ...... are there settings I cna change in TB for this ?

Look, as previous users have mentioned, many of us use Firefox because it isn't a bloated AI crapshoot. Syncing across devices and having a pretty skin on is nice, but I'm getting tired of having to manually disable the current AI crap just so I can do some basic browsing in peace, and if this browser adds any more of that tripe I'll be done. I don't want to be, I've enjoyed this browser since it was launched and until recently it's been good to me. But if I have to do any more in-system tinkering I'll go back to Safari because somehow we've ended up in a timeline where that of all browsers is coming up top :|

When clicking any hot link in an email, whether FB or a web retailer email, etc. this message pops up: "This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an app, or if one is already installed, create and association in the Default App Settings page."

At a loss for a solution here. Can someone please help. Thanks.

How do I stop Thunderbird 115.10.1 closing tabs by itself? Previous version (I don't know what previous version I was running before the inadvertent forced update to 115.10.1) would leave tabs open until I manually closed a selected tab. How do I get 115.10.1 to perform the same way?

I had to reinstall Thunderbird to fix a problem. When I downloaded the install, I donated. After installing, I have a "Welcome to Freedom" banner on my Tbird app. Please tell me how to remove it.

Bonjour, après plusieurs échanges sur le même message (envoi, réponse, etc..) dans outlook, tous les échanges restent dans le même message. Dans thunderbird il considère que que chaque élément de discussion resté dans le corps de message est un nouveau message, je reçois bien un message mais lorsque je l'ouvre, il y à plusieurs onglets. I am trying to change the incoming port to 995 and server name in POP3. However every time I change the port and name and settings to 'ssl/tls' the page freezes and insists I refresh and it reverts back to the original setting. How do I unblock this page?

Does anyone else increase the size of the Thunderbird window hoping to see more of the email in the message pane? But instead, we just get a longer index of messages. Then have to move the border of the message pane up. This is only for the occasional need to see more in a single page, but frequent enough that I'm repeatedly having to resize the pane for individual message, then resize it again when I return to my normal window height. Yeah, I know I can open in separate tab, but seems allocating the space to index/message pane on window resize, ought to at least be done equally, if not all to the message pane.

How do I turn off the “suggest AI summary” thing? The popup is annoying the hell out of me while I’m reading articles. I’m not going to use the AI summary feature so I’d like it to just stop. I use the Firefox application on iOS.
