I logged into my account because my passwords are not coming up and I used to have a 175 + passwords saved and now I only have 35 I've never erased them or reset my Firefox Mozilla account just wondering how I can go about retrieving my information that has been lost

When I try to sync my iOS, device, I am able to scan the QR code on my desktop machine, then I am asked for my two FA code from the authenticator app, and after I submit that, I repeatedly receive the error screen noted on the uploaded image below. When trying the alternative method of signing in with my email password, my mobile Firefox app simply hangs and does not proceed after I enter my current password.

I have changed my Mozilla password. I have signed out and signed back into Mozilla account. I have restarted my iPhone. I have restarted my desktop. I am successfully synced between my desktop and laptop.

Any suggestions?

My dang keyboard remembers the emails and usernames, but i Can't do that anymore because of this new password manager, just has a key and says passwords, already tried other browsers and they don't have this stupid problem. Why do so many companies just assume to know what everyone wants ? Just stop breaking everything please. They had a great web browser but that's over now. On to the next browser, until they also decide to change everything and make it unusable. Great job guys, thanks for messing everything up. bye

how can i update firefox or moxzilla on iphone by bypassing app store forgot password waiting on apple’s help i’ve tried syncing with mozilla i tried erasing all book marks cookies history lists shortcuts add-ons extensions data siri themes saved or downloaded anything and everything restarting changing settings i still continue to have problems

Every password I tried to enter twice for verification never matched. I even had the "show"option engaged, so I could read letter by letter and never ended with to two that were not completely identical. I even got filthy and graphic in my last few responses knowing final responses vulgar in my last .

I store my passwords on Firefox, but when I look at the list it shows about half and when that list comes to the end it is immediately followed by all the missing passwords in alphabetical order my question is Can i make it 1 complete list again... This is on my android. I use Firefox on my laptop and they are in one complete list?? Thanks in advance for any help. Jack

THIS IS Somewhat difficilt to explain so I hope my complaint/ my explanation here makes sense as i have written it. Let me explain:i had set up my Motorola Stylus 2023 to use Firefox as defailt app for storing passwords and it worked as it should have. Then i had to replace my phone and i got Motorola Stylus 2021 and firefox passwords quit working even though the correct passwords were stored by Firefox.. since this occured Thru investigation i have come to believe/think 5hat Moto App launcher on 2021 model interference is responsible. The moto app launcher on Motorola Stylus 2021 cannot be deleted or forced stopped. Is there another reason and how can i find the answer. Several times when i tried to sign on a particular i got a notice i was using outdated ed / old password but my Firefox password for the site was up to date so something was interfering. This thing of not being able to delete or force stop Moto app 2921auncher really ticks me off because it came preloaded bloatware and my newer Motorola 2023 Stylus functioned proprly and i thvink its because it had no corrupt power uungry Moto App Launcher preinstalled. I can not or ot will not let me down load forefox browser I have account with you I have several emails that are all mine I had it down loaded on my apps but it was taken off very frustrating here are my emails that I use with firefox dianebohn57@gmail.com dm4alice@gmail.com dot362lo@gmail.com all have been verified but whenbi try to down load it to my phone screen it will not let me I have one drive and Microsoft all these are to be synced but have not which makes hard for me to access anything I pay for all storage and for more but yet my services are not available Why on this device and my other's my files and my photos ate all over the place I have updated my passwords so many times please help me to does load this browser I do not like using chrome thank you.i do not know if it is you or Microsoft or Samsung I just verified my info with them or Google but ot is very frustrating my privacy has been compromised please fix
