Dear Support, while using my email, Outlook, on my mobile, I cannot log out of my account. Can anybody help, please?

Am using the Galaxy A21s Android mobile.

Am using Android 12.

My browser is Firefox for Android, version 140.0.3.

The email is Outlook.com.

Whenever I go into my own account, I click on my profile, and then sign out. In the very recent past, the system has done exactly that. Now, however, the system 'hangs' and does nothing. The only thing that was different was the updating of Firefox for Android.

Could anybody suggest anything, please? Do not want to stay logged on, especially on an Android mobile, Marek

As of this morning (7-5-25), the app Firefox and only the Firefox app turns my entire phone screen grayscale when it is open in the foreground. The color transition takes about a second, and if I tab to another app or the home screen it takes about a second to transition back to full color. I cannot find any active grey scale settings in either my phone or the app. I have downloaded no extensions to my knowledge.

Hi, I have been using Thunderbird for Android for about a month. Loving it. Easy to set up and use. I have three email accounts. The unified inbox showed all emails until yesterday. Now it seems to be showing random emails from all 3 accounts but not all. I have to go to each inbox to get the full overview. What can be wrong?

I have some websites that require pop-ups. I cannot get them to work in Firefox on my Android phone. Google searches reference a setting under "privacy and security" where I should be able to allow pop-ups in general or for certain URLs only, but I don't have that setting option.

I have Firefox version 139.4 if that helps.

Is there a way (or can there be a way in the future?) of moving multiple messages from my Inbox to a different folder? I like to organize my email into folders, and currently I can only move them by opening each email individually and moving them. Being able to select several messages and move them would be great!

Is there a way to hide the popup asking for support either permanently or for a longer period?

I fully get the need to ask for support, but this one pops up many times a day, which is just too much.

I have looked at past comments about the lack of an address book with Thunderbird for Android and the responses are not how life works. If I had to save every contact in my Google contacts it would have tens of thousands of contacts and be unusable because it was so large.

The way life works, you mat correspond with someone you are doing business with from one or 2 times, over the couse of a month until the task is done, and maybe for the rest of your life, who you would put in your address book.

I am currently apply for a ------. I am corresponding with a group of individuals until it closes and then I will never correspond with them again.

It is a hassle to go back to the previous email to copy their email addresses. It would be nice if TB remembered that I have been corresponding with them, and auto fill their address, like the desktop version and other email apps. Likewise, I don't want to save them in permanent contacts. If I had to do that, my permanent contacts would be unmanageable.

So yes, Thunderbird needs an address book like the desktop version. This is a deal breaker. TB was excellent in synchronization with the servers but if I have to go back the previously received emails to get their addresses, I'll have to bail on TB.

When I set a shortcut for a website, I just get a randomly colored icon with the first letter of the domain in the center from some website . This happens even though the websites have proper favicons — I checked. The issue seems to be with the app itself, not the sites. I also tried it on a freshly installed latest firfox browser, and the problem persists. One example is https://www.perplexity.ai/, which doesn't show its icon either.

Recently installed Thunderbird for Android on my Pixel 7. The migration seemed to work, however, the folders on my accounts are empty. My guess is an error in communication. The account email addresses are correct. Cannot find a setting or security setting addressing the issue. I am using OAuth2. Was never asked for a pin or password during the migration process. Just used the download on Google Play. Successfully migrated Thunderbird to my tablet. Similar issue, except after 2 days and multiple downloads it just started working. Any help would be appreciated.

I am getting Firefox on my tablet so I can use a Portable device. You are on my desktop as advised by my son. He years ago advised me to learn email. To do so meant a non credit class at the local university. It is now many years later and I a retired nurse seeks his advise for all computer related things. Email for communication has been very important as my family is in Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC. In the past I did travel out of Canada but did keep my family aware of my movement and did book my own transportation, accomodation etc. Email allows this. I felt secure using Firefox to do this. Last week at least for several days the Firefox Browser loa It was taking a 1 minute or more to load a web page. Other browsers including Chrome & Duck Duck Go were loading the same page in a second or less. I had cleared the Cache with no change. Because of this issue I had stopped using Firefox for several days. I just rechecked this morning to give you more specific info and Firefox was working perfect with no delays! I am not sure if a system change was made in the last several days, however I will update my review. Thank you.

Please, as of late last year the "Bookmarks" have been all over the place. They just, recently, shifted around again. It's maddening! Can you not fix this annoying problem?

I used to have Bookmarks in a particular order based upon the most frequently used ones vs others plus, I also had rhem grouped according to websites associated with them and their relevance.

Now, I can no longer edit their order back to what I had before.

The current selection for sorting does have any way to customize them either.

Is there a work around or app that will provide the capability to order them as 'I' need them to be?

I am running on android 15 v7. Samsung S22 Ultra Firefox current version - 139.0

On at one website I log into, in the field where I enter my username and password, the font color blends in with background so much, it's almost impossible to read what I typed. The background is white, and the font is very close to White. When I invert the colors, the background is black, and the font is nearly black. I have to use a 5x magnifier to see what's written in the fields because there is so little contrast between the font and the field.

I've adjusted color inversion, transparency and blur, high contrast fonts, etc. nothing improves it.

This problem behaves the same way on both my Samsung A12 and A15 phones.  But, it looks perfectly fine using Chrome browser!
